Never been on the fantasy before, but if people have neck issues can they still ride this? I didn't see a disclaimer on their website that says not to ride on it.

Re: splashing — I would say it’s like Splash Mountain or Frozen Ever After— there are one or two places you could potentially get a big splash but generally you’re not going to get a face full of water.
