APs to include both WDW + Disneyland

this is probably a complete rumor and not truth, but i saw a post a while ago on this.

anyone else heard anything about the possibility of Annual Passes including admission to both Disneyland and WDW?

related to this... is the only membership which gets you "discounts" at all Disney parks (i.e. WDW, Disneyland, Paris, Tokyo, etc) the Disney Club?
