Anyone with APs and nov check in getti customize your mb yet?

I get the pop up but the ticket page only shows my RFID card ap not mb and can't customize

Have you previously completed the on-line check-in process? If you have, redo the process without making any changes. That should trigger the customization option.

How do you do the online check in process? Do I have to check in online to get mb? I prefer to check in old fashion way. Also thought online check in was only 10 days out?

The window for on-line check-in was extended out to 60 days.

As for needing to complete on-line check-in to get MagicBands, I've seen posts from people that didn't need to, and posts from others that did before the could customize MagicBands.

I completed the online check in just a few minutes ago, went to MDE and had the option to customize the magic bands.... prior I had no option to customize. The online check in did the trick.

I made my FP+ selections last night for Nov 21-25. I had a hard time with the band. I already did online check-in. I went through it again and it kept erroring. I read to log-out and then log back in. Still errored. I switch from IE to Chrome and it worked! So I'm all set.

I really like the FP+. On my last day, I am only at AK until noon. I was able to get the Safari for 9:05, EE for 10:05 and Dinosaur for 11:00.

Personally not a fan of online as I like to request room location when I check in but I guess we no longer have that option to make mb work

Oh well.

You are like me and still a few days out of the 60 day window. I think that's your problem.

Our Trip starts 11/17, (DVC BCV, AP vouchers, and Dining Res's all linked to MDE months ago) I did online check in at exactly 60 days out and after "check in" I had no options for "Customize MB's" until today which is 53 days out. I have been checking daily since checking in, so I can confidently say our MB's were not active in the system. Prior to today if I clicked on the MB or FP+ links under MDE, all I got was redirected to a general info page.

Not sure if I am the exception or the rule, but as of this morning, I was able to click on the MB under MDE and I was brought to the shipping confirmation page and customize page. After doing that, I was able to book FP+'s for my entire vacation. 3 FP+'s per day, but restricted to one park per day. We have a few park hopping days (such as AK in the morning, Epcot at night) and I was not able to book FP+'s for both. Ideally, I would have used 1 of my 3 FP+'s at AK, and the other 2 at Epcot, but I can not find a way to do that in the system. please let me know if anyone else has done this successfully.

Also, in my party, we have 2 adults, a 4 year old and a 2 year old. the 4 year old will be getting an AP, but he 2 year old is free entrance, so he does not have a ticket. As such, since we have only 3 AP's linked to the account, we can only book FP+'s for those people. I am assuming that we will be fine to take the 2 yo with us even without a FP.

I'm pretty sure that today was the first day any November reservations were allowed to customize MBs and choose FP+ experiences.

We check in on Nov 7-Nov 10 at Villas at Grand Floridian and nothing on that resort, however for our stay starting November 11 at Beach Club Villas I found today that I could order MB's and need to customize cause they ship on October 12.

Was checking MDV and found the link.

Checking into Kidani on Nov. 22nd. Were able to customize Magic Bands earlier yesterday morning. No tickets purchased yet, so can't choose Fastpass+ rides yet

We check into BLT on Nov. 30th. I did not and will not do online check in, but we are able to customize our MB's...

Can't do FP+ yet, but expect that to open at 60 days and we're at 65 now...

I'm wondering if anyone else is having my problem. We are 38 days out and got a pop up at our MDE account that we could now make FP+ selections. It did not have a link to customize the bands. I read to do the online check in and the link to order our bands appeared. The problem is only one room from each of our split stay appeared at online check in. And when I went to customize the bands it only had an order for the guests in those rooms and not the other two that weren't listed at online check in. I called the help number and was told that I wasn't suppose to make any FP selections or customize the bands until we received an invitation 28 days out. I don't understand this at all because I read of others already getting their bands that are arriving after us. The guy at IT seemed upset with me for doing the FP selections. Why did I get a pop up telling me I could? He said I should have ignored it. Anyone else hearing this?

We have the PAP vouchers and it worked for our November trip. We had to redo the online check-in to get the Personalize Magic Bands remark to show up on the My Plans page. And it didn't help that we got the error msg or Sorry msg a few times. But it finally worked.
