AP's and Express pass?

We're lookIng at AP's in order to create 2 visits Ina 12 month window. However, we would want the opportunity to add the Express Pass is this possible with AP's? If so, how does that work?

I don't believe there's any advantage that APs bring to purchasing Express passes. APs don't include it. Someone can correct me if I have that wrong.

Best way to do express if you don't live local is to stay onsite. 1 night onsite gives you 2 days express and the AP can get you decent hotel discounts.

Only AP special you can get for express is if you get the premium express which offers express pass access after 4pm.

Depending on when you go though and who you go with, you may not even need express. We were there last Friday through Sunday and while we did stay onsite and made use of it, it wasn't critical. It did reduce all our waits to almost nothing though. In some cases our wait would have been the same or between 10-15 minutes. In other cases, probably 30 minutes or so.

But our rate was quite good and since we went to HHN, staying onsite was nice - you can't overlook the convenience of walking back to the hotel on a moments notice to relax, change..etc.

OP, are you simply asking if you can buy the Express Pass for a visit when your admission is the AP instead of a ticket?

Annual passes do not include Express Plus passes. If you wanted an EP when you're visiting, you would have to purchase it.
