I remember reading and responding to your post over the weekend about the guy from your past "Stalker or freak?"....I just had a bad feeling about the whole thing. Knowing that you are a single mom (just as I am) made me wonder even more if you are ok...I'm hoping you spoke to the police by now!

In her last post she said she would go to the Police station at lunch time. Hopefully they were helpful and she'll post something later. I hope she's ok as well that's a really scary thing to have to deal with.

I stopped at the police station, they filled out a report with his name etc....I gave them the numbers he was calling from (one was from a business his brother owns and he works for when in NY)....According to them they are either going to call or go to the place of business and talk to him.....I am supposed to contact them again if he continues to call or I see him around, though to be honest I don't think I would even recognize him... and then the phone company will get involved and it may lead to an order of protection. I just can't believe this is happening.....20 years....I have not talked or seen him in 20 years...I am NOT that good that I am unforgetable LOL.....I have to tell you I was freaked last night though, made sure the house was sealed up, locked me and my daughter in the bedroom and slept with the light from the TV on....otherwise I am fine...thanks for all the advice!!

I work in an ER and there are all KINDS of wacked out weirdos running around the world....

Hey there - I'm new to this board but read your original post and was thinking about you.

Good for you for going to the police asap. I spent nearly 10 years running from my psyco-ex before he married someone else and finally stopped tracking me down.

Hopefully this guy is just a little over zellous and will stop after the police make contact.
