Spring Break crowds suck. The Star Wars half marathons were going on when we were there in the middle of the month. Not a big deal, but they bottle up part of the parks in the morning and increase crowd size.
Easter was 4/1 this year. Easter plus a big spring break week made it quite crowded (we were there that week).
For 2019, Easter is later in the month, so the dynamics will be different. While unscientific, this thread has a "when is your spring break" poll: Spring Break Poll for 2019
The first week of April 2019 is among the top of the list. Around here (major Southeastern US city within a reasonable driving distance to WDW), most of the larger school systems in the area have Spring Break that week in 2019.
As @rteetz noted, the Star Wars Half Marathon events are 4/4-4/7 in 2019, with the Half (the biggest race) being 4/7. It was later in April this year. The Star Wars half is arguably the least popular of the runDisney races - it doesn't get the same level of enthusiasm as the others. But, you still need to pay attention to it/the course if you're around that Sunday AM and prep for any travel time.
