April Weight Loss Challenge - Let's "Spring" into Action!

I forgot to post my weight! I put on .8 pounds! It was that darn McDonald's I ate! ;)
 
I'm down 1 this week to make me 1/5.
 
I'm a little late, can I still join?

My goal for April is to lose 10lbs! :scared:
 

I didn't post my weight loss yesterday because I was rushing in the morning and couldn't find the thread! It has slipped waaaaay down. Where is everyone?

Anyhooo..... I am excited to report I lost another 2.2 so I am -4.2/5 !

Hoping to hear good news from others this week!.......................P

At my weighin on 4-11-08....I gained 1 lb...that makes me 4/5.
But I'm back ontrack and have already lost that nasty pound as of yesterday. I started writing down my food (WW pts.) and it seems to help.

Down 2.3. so 2.8/5. I'm going to try to give up the scale for a bit since BL4 has ended. Might not be on for awhile. Addiction to it might kick in though....:lmao: Who knows!

I'm down a pound so am 1/5. Yeah! I guess I need to do more walking this week or I won't make my 5 lb. goal!

I lost another 2 lbs this week bringing my total weight loss to 4/10.

I'm still hanging in there. I lost 0.7 pounds this week.

That makes me 2.9/7.0.
 
Ok, only down .6 this week, but that's better than nothing! That makes me 3.2/8 for the month.
 
Okay, its been a bad week. :mad: I gained back the pound I lost so I am back to 0/5. I hope to do better this week.
