April park hours

Hello everyone-
I noticed that the April park hours aren't out yet---when are they typically released? And is there any rhyme or reason to when the parks open? Because I'm looking at March hours and it's weird cuz some days they open at 8, some at 9 and some at 10. Is there a particular reason why they would open earlier or later?

Hours are only released about 6 weeks in advance, where are you seeing hours for March already?

Ok thanks! And my mistake it was feb I was looking at, not March. Got ahead of myself lol
