We'll be there too!!! Apr 19-27. We haven't started packing yet, so I don't have a list to share, but the kids' Easter baskets are Disney themed this year. I ordered the disney messenger bags (thanks to the budget board), so the kids will get those in their baskets along with some pins from ebay, m&m tubes for quarters and pennies, older DD is getting "Guide to the magic for kids" and "How to draw Tinker Bell", and a couple of disney t-shirts.
Like most everyone else, I'm thinking mostly shorts and t's, 1-2 pant's/capri's, and a sweatshirt or jacket. I think April is considered low rain season, so I'm not really concerned with rain jackets. If it rains we'll just shop for a bit.
I'm wondering if I should bring swimsuit cover-up's for the kids, and of course they want pool toys.
I've never used the over the door shoe holder, but I do want to try one this trip. I need to stop at the dollar store and look. We are staying at POP, and it looks like there isn't a lot of room in sink/vanity area.
I'm going to try to go lighter this year. In the past we have taken lots of snacks for the airport and a lot of "things to do on the plane" and we really didn't use most of them, so I'm scaling down a bit.
We also overpacked for the parks, so this year I'm not going to bring snacks, rain jackets, spinning toys, etc. I'm going to try to do the basics; tylenol/advil, something for upset stomach, bandaids and sunscreen. These will be in a small ziplock. We will take a water bottle, but plan on just asking for a cup of water when we need it. I'm still trying to figure out the best way to carry along the autograph books. Of course I will have my camera, extra batteries and extra card.
I always feel like the pack mule! Not this time!!!
Typing this out makes me realize I should go and at least start gathering things!!!
