Welcome!Hi everyone!! I am new to the dis boards but I am also trying to get back in shape and lose some weight before our trip to DW/Cruise in November I would like to lose about 30 pounds before then my husband is big into palo and has been for a few years now I just can't eat that much meatso I am trying a modified version of it I also just got an incline trainer so I can work out at home and not have to go to the gym if I don't want to or have time

I forgot about the threadbut have been working out. Last day posted was the 9th
So on the 10th I did 90 minutes of various elliptical, walking, running.
11th 60 minutes
12th 60
13th 75
14th 35
15th 45
So I have made my goal which is what I thought I would do as a new exerciser but the push I got from the group mentality clearly worked for me! Thank you all for that push! Next month I'm doubling my goal.
