Took it easy today since I've been going so strong on the 10K Runner app. I've had to rush through up until now, but I can go every other day and still finish 14 weeks in two months. At the end, I'll do the 10-mile Broad Street Run in Philly.

I am very behind on my minutes. :sad: Just in a major slump and very unmotivated. I set out a plan going forward that will still put me at 2014 minutes for the month, but it is a tough plan, and not sure if I can do it. It is all a mental issue (well that and my achilles tendons are pretty sore). I just can't find my motivation! I did get new running shoes to alternate with my 0 drop Altras. Hoping that will help with my achilles issues. I seem to be doing more walking than running lately, anyhow. Sorry for the cranky post.

Thanks for the feedback!! I think your suggestions of just putting up my monthly goal makes sense. Rose, I also like your thinking of counting the biking/walking if I could have used another form of transportation! So, I decided to up my goal to 1200. This will be an added incentive to actually use the bike!

50 minutes walking and 30 minutes Body Revolution. Only one more cardio session and I am through with phase 1! Can't believe that I managed to stick with it for four full weeks without cheating.

Hang in there Rose and don't beat yourself up. You are an inspiration to us all. I hope I get to run into you at the wine and dine. I know it would have to be at the after part. You are way faster than me. :)
 
More 10K Runner (an hour) and I took my toddler to SkyZone, which is a huge trampoline place... that's a workout! And we walked a long way to a store and back.

This morning I got up early, put on my headlamp and hit the road at 5:15 for a brief but therapeutic run.

I need to speed up this month as I am going on vacation on April 28! :banana:

So proud of myself: I finished the full Phase 1 of Body Revolution. Did every single workout and feel so strong! Tomorrow is my rest day and then Sunday the new torture starts! I hope I won't just fall over my feet or something like that. The last workouts seemed pretty challenging already... But in the end I mastered nearly all of them.
 
went for a lunch break walk and didn't want to go back inside. We waited so long for spring, that it seems mean to make folks work inside on such a lovely afternoon.

Still a bit off pace so I need to have a good weekend to try to catch up.
