I haven't signed up yet!! Put me down for 450. I know that is lower than last month....but I am getting lazier! :sunny:
 
Wowee I'm really trying to push myself this week - we're off to Disney in less than 5 weeks so I've got to get back in shape for it. Including today I've conquered 165/1000. If I can keep this up I should easily be able to make my goal! :banana:

90 minutes at the gym today, so 90/1,000. Getting a good start :sunny:
 
I am in for 900 minutes- this should only be about 30 minutes a day, so I think I can handle that! So far, I am at 80/900!
 
Another 35 minutes for me today -- two miles walked. That brings me to 170/1000.

5 mins of abs, 5 minutes of stretching, 50 minutes on treadmill.
 
I have been so lazy...this time change is killing me.
I am starting a little slow, time to pick up the pace!

30 min wog
10 min of jumping jacks
10 min of crunches
 
75 mins stairmachine, I'm at 264/1250. :banana: Plus I forgot 20 mins walking at work today so thats 284/1250. :banana:
