Hi! We are just starting to plan our first trip to Disneyland/California for our 10 year Anniversary! We would like to book just one night on property but I see the room discount ends the 10th of April. Does anyone know if they would release later dates, looking at April 26th. Thanks!!!

I'm also hoping for a release of Spring Discounts for the on-site hotels. My trip is May 4th through 9th. All we can do is hope.... Over the past two years, the spring discount was announced 2 days after the booking deadline for the winter discount. This year, the booking deadline for the winter rates is March 6th, so I'm hoping around March 8th, we'll see the Spring rates announced. If you can't wait that long, Cheaptickets.com has a promo code "cheap25" that will give you 25% off. I think it's only good until Feb 9th, according to the email I got on Sunday. I used it to book Paradise Pier for my dates in May, saved $271! If Disney releases a Spring discount, I can cancel the cheaptickets reservation for free and book through Costco for all the added bonuses.

Great thanks, I'll try and book through them! We just wanted to book paradise pier for our anniversary! Staying at Tropicana the rest of the time. Do you think cheap tickets is a safe place to book? I've never heard of them. I'm Canadian...hope it works for me!

I was looking at the Cheaptickets deal. Have you used them before? Looks like they charge you the whole amount on your credit card when you book? Are they good to give you that $ back right away if you cancel? Did you get the hopper tickets through them, too?

I booked with them a few weeks ago and then cancelled and rebooked with them again yesterday. I expect them to refund my money within a few days but we shall see. They are owned by Orbitz. They do charge the entire amount immediately but the OP is staying only 1 night so not a big deal. I did not purchase tickets through them. I intend to buy those through way.com.

I see cheap tickets is selling a four day park pass and you get fifth day free. Can I buy this 5 days of tickets and on,y book one night through them. Like I said before we booked 7 nights at tropicana inn, could we start using the park tickets right away as it would be a week before we actually check in at the on property resort. Oh my...did that make sense?! Lol

I trust cheaptickets because I've booked a few trips through orbitz before, and they're owned by the same company. When I booked my 4 nights with them for Paradise Pier in May (for only $998 total at 25% off!), I actually opened a chat window with a representative to get the details on how the "free cancellation" worked. Yes, your credit card is charged the full amount right away, but if you cancel before the deadline (I think 4 days before your reservation) you credit card gets refunded the full amount. I still intend on booking through Costco if Disney releases Spring discounts like they have for the last few years, but knowing that I already have a set reservation that saved me $271 makes me feel better. And no....I didn't get tickets yet through them. If I cancel and re-book with Costco, I'll get souvenir tickets as part of the package.

I just booked a great deal with them last night for the PP in May, too. What kind of deals have shown up on Costco the last few years? We did the buy 3 nights get 2 nights free in May in 2009, but I haven't seen anything that awesome show up since.:)

Just wanted to update this regarding refund. It took less than 48 hours for Cheaptickets to refund my money. Very fast turnaround. I have also booked and cancelled through Travelocity a couple of times and received refunds from them within 3-4 days.

Thanks so much for the input regarding Cheap Tickets! I booked with them last night . . . great deal with the 25% off the prices on DLR hotels right now with CHEAP25. Now I have something and feel confident I can keep an eye out for an even better deal. Would love to hear if any further discounts come out for early May! :)

So mad! The paradise pier was on sale yesterday and now it's not! The discount of 25 percent isn't working! Boo

Just check back every so often for new promo codes. I have seen DLR hotels be eligible one week, then not another, then eligible again.

Wow, I am glad I booked it when I did . . . was going to put it off, but decided to book it and then cancel if I found something better. Hopefully it will pop back up again!

I called Disney Resort Reservations the other day before booking PP to check on AAA rates through them (higher than the Cheap Tickets deal), and the CM I spoke with said that usually new deals come up about the time the booking of the last deals ended. I can't remember when the booking for the winter 25% off special ends, but hopefully we'll see a new deal out around that time!
