April destination in the northeast?

This April, DH and I will be celebrating our 20th anniversary. Because of our jobs, recent trips, and 2 kids looking at colleges, we have been discussing a long weekend at the end of April. We have points we could bank, or use some for our anniversary. Because of time limits, we should keep it to a 4 hour drive at the most (we are in central PA). Oh how we wouldboth love to go to Hilton Head, but that is a 12 hour drive. We have been looking at Washington DC. Has anyone ever used points for DC? Any other suggestions?
