Like I said, the US has not been preventing people from flying into the US from Canada. People returning are legally required to quarantine and are subject to very large fines/possible jail time if caught. Local health officials and law enforcement are responsivlePeople who do not live in Canada or who are not citizens can only enter if they are an immediate family member. The border has never been ‘closed’ to Canadian residents and citizens coming back into Canada.

I know all that, I’m Canadian.

I could be wrong but I thought the person I was answering to was also Canadian, which is why I gave the answer I gave.

Also, this person is talking about their March 2022 cruises. I doubt 2022 will have the same health measures than 2021.
