She is the Queen of cruising.

Her life is a whirlwind and keeps busy all the time.

had a good time with my DD and Kaitlyn at Disney

Met one of my friends from Utah and England and we ate t Rain Forest on Saturday night and then went to Illuminations.

I waited for them at Boardwalk 'cause I didn't want to go to Illuminations.

It was fun just sitting and watching everyone on the Boardwalk.

Sunday morning we ate at Crystal Palace and then went to FantasyLand and road some rides with Kaitlyn 'cause it was her day.

And then went to Toontown. Had a good time walking around there.

Headed home and got on the road around 1 pm.

Picked Harry up from the ER on the way home. He is OK.

Hope everyone's weather is getting better.

Gonna take a little rest now. Just had some lunch and are a little lazy LOL

Thanks! Had a great time. I needed that 24 hour therapy session at the mousehouse!

I am the same way, i want all the puppies to come home with me, luckily Petco only has puppies once in awhile, usually has gerbils, fish, rabbits and such. I bravely walk right by.

When we got Minnie from the pound I had to have Greg go in and find her. I would of broke down to tears knowing all those animals would be put down soon if not adopted and most dont get adopted. I couldnt do it!!
So he said ok and did it, but afterwards he was surprized it had bothered him too. So many beautiful dogs and good natured too!!
We could only save one, but that is better than none!!!

The sun is out and getting warmer now, so nice!!!!

Speaking of dogs, we have a blond golden retriever. He is 15 years old and his name is SEBASTIAN!

Now I need to figure out my sign.

Do either of you ever make door signs??

well my doggie still isnt well, so I need to call the vet today.

Got Harry home. Desperately going to need help. Got up at 3 pm and he had tried to get out of bed and he was sideways the bed with this knees and legs hanging over the railings. Head was against the other rail sideways.

I got him straight back up and changed the bed and changed him also. It was so hard to do.

Therapist came at 9:30 and we got him up and then I changed the whole bed again and put clean and dry PJ's on him. Therapist just came to evaluate only.

He feels better and now is sleeping. That is my rest time !!!!

My nurse is coming around 1 pm and sit with him while I go to the store and get few things. She is a God send to me right now.

I can see the weekend is going to be full of activity of things.

I know that feeling as I had been through with my mum and dad.

Please take it easy and I know easy for me to say it but I hope you are well and looking forward to Cruise as not long now depend how Harry is.

Someone mentioned to me that door sign are not safe!! (See my 18 July 2007 Meet on forum)

But I still do it anyway. Everybody have different idea anyway!

Your doggie Minnie is not well, maybe injection take couple of days and hope she back to bound soon.

Hi Deborah,
I know a few people have ahd their signs stolen or moved to a different door . Usually this hapens late at night by wondering kids.
Some people put their room number on them so if they get placed on another door, people will know where to return it to.
Some people bring them in at night, then put them back out the next morning.
We have never had the problem ourselves.

I just make sure that I never put anything on my sign that I cant afford to loose, just in case.

No, your begging didn't scare me off. Just really busy on the other threads I'm involved in and super busy at work.

Yes, I do door signs. Usually my whole door is covered with signs, pictures, and lots of fun stuff. Never had any problem with anyone taking anything at all.

The funnest thing I did was on the first 10 day Christmas Cruise on the Magic (Dec. 2004) we took all our kids and grandkids and had four staterooms. As soon as I got on board (before anyone was allowed to the staterooms), I took Disney Christmas Wrapping paper and wrapped the whole doors and then decorated them with big bows and cards and stuff. The funny thing was, our first stop was Key West and a bunch of people bought Christmas wrapping paper and when they got back on board they were all decorating their doors too. It was fun (except it was a little hard to walk down the hallways on deck 6 that afternoon!).

Okay, need to check my EB thread for the Med and get to work!

Hospice started 24/7 crisis nurse care today. That is surely a blessing to me.

So there will be someone here all the time to care for Harry. My health was a big consideration.

The best part is that everything is totally covered by Medicare. I am so pleased about that.

and WOW, so much paper work.

Got response from dcl about room serivces.

As seem nice and they mentioned about


alarm clock with vibrator for under the mattress
fire alarm and visual smoke detector
door bell and phone alerts
phone amplifier
smoke detector w/strobe light

Depending on the extent of the hearing impairment, you may be able to
use the phone to order room service. However, if you are unable to use
the phone, please visit Guest Services on deck 3, once onboard.

We had it last year as we were speechless to see it as minicom was there well. Very good services for disability, us only had deaf, but good to see it!!

They offer us an interpreter well mmm must be good services.

No wonder we go back again this year Magic Cruisethis time as last time was Wonder! lol

WELL - let me tell you something. This HOSPICE is absolutely wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.

The first nurse was here from 3 pm yesterday until 8 this morning. He is still here ith the take over nurse. He never slept, sat right next to him all night. I got up twice and came out into the living room and there he was still doing it.

At 7 am he had Harry up, bathed him, changed his bed and cleaned everything up. He handles him like an angel. In one lift like it is nothing.

I am truly amazed and pleased.

I slept two good periods and it felt so good.

What a blessing-------- like from heaven - Harry is alert and has a little color in his cheeks.

That is great news. I know that Hospice is an awesome organization. The people who work there truly are caring people who want to make everything as easy for you and Harry as possible. Sure wish they would of been around for my mom, it wold of been such a blessing for her too.

Hi everyone,
I just watched the Magic pull out on the web cam. it was 30 minutes late tonight for some reason.
It was fun to see, and tomarrow I will watch the Wonder pull out and think only 3 weeks and we will be on it waving at everyone along the way!!

I take my white Mickey hands and wave all the way down the channel.

My husband left this morning and came home with a new car
I should never of told him how to use a debit card!!
He got an 07 Hyundai Sonata. He will use it 2 or 3 days a week when work requires him to drive long distances.
It is a really nice car and he offered to give it to me to drive and he would drive my car for work. But I said No thanks. I never can get comfortable in seats they put in smaller cars. They hurt my back. I am happy with my Impala. But it was nice of him to offer.

It has been a quiet day other than getting a new car. Now tomarrow we have to get busy with the yard work we were suppose to do today,

I'm generally gone in the middle of the day running errands on Saturday, so unless I park at the computer in the middle of the day, then I see it. I'll try to catch the Wonder first thing in the morning!

Hi Ladies, hope all is going well fo ryou today.
I am just now getting my breakfast and it's almost lunch time.

We just got home from buying a bunch of colorful shrubs to put out in our front flower beds. Flowers will shrivel and die there due to , too much direct sunlight.
So Greg is pulling out all the ugly stuff that was there whne we bought the place and is putting in the new stuff.
Tomarrow we will have red mulch and brick stones delivered. Then a little at a time all week long after work we will do alittle more and finally by next weekend we should be done with it.
Then we have lots of new lighting we bought for every room in the house a few months ago to put up next weekend I hope.
We usually dont go to WDW during the weeks of spring break because they are so crowded , so this is a great time to get all these jobs done around here.
I need to paint 4 bathrooms too before greg can put up new oak medicine cabinets and new bar lights.
So we will be very busy until this cruise. By then we will be all ready for a cruise. It makes me tired just to think about it.
