Hi Deborah,
yes I thought poor oady when I read about the life jacket!! It was funny, but sad too. I have a big fear of the water after a bad experience as a child, but it doesnt bother me on board the ship because it is so BIG!!!
I hope she feels at ease once she gets on board. Necause I think she owoud be embrassed to wear a life jacket, although you can if you want.

everything is going well here. I spent all last week dog sitting my odest sons dog while he went to Oregon for a weeks vacation. Poncho is a 100 pound plus Lab. he is just a big baby and very passive.
Our dog Minnie is just the opposite, she is very excitable and playful and hasnt learned to socialize with other dogs yet. But they did really well after the first 2 days while they got adjusted to each other.

My son Peter is going to New York to visit a friend on thursday and friday. he started to go 3 weeks ago but was ill for a week and had to cancel. Hope all goes well for him this time, he is going to visit a GIRL!!

Not much else going on here, I am still waiting for someone to join this thread. On the 3 day cruises sometimes you only get 2 or 3 families right before you sail, so I will keep posting and maybe I will get lucky. If not, I will probably set the record for the most posts to myself on a cruise meets thread
