I think it is great that so many of you like the idea of getting matching shirts.
However, just like the champagne girls, lanyards, FE, secret Mickey exchange and all the other activities the
group may come up with we don't all sign-up for all of them. That doesn't make anyone less of a member of our group.
So I hope no one feels any pressure to sign-up for anything they don't want to.

We can change the characters on any of the designs. I know that is not a problem with the company making them.
In fact we should be very sure we like the logos and text we sent them. I have no problem with changing any of the designs.
I found ones I thought went with the fabric design for some and for others I tried to use the ones that Brooklyn had come up
with, because I thought they were very good and it gave us some continuity.
Here are some others we can look at using.

I LOVE the banner at the top! That would make a great shirt!

Thanks Val for putting so much effort into making this shirt. Like many of the other posters, I would really prefer just the one shirt, I'm hoping that we will be able to purchase shirts for kids, and would appreciate the cost being as low as possible so that I can buy my 4 year old a shirt.

I have to say that I like the top banner and the second one on here. Even better than I like # 3!.. Thanks for all your hard work on this Val!..I am so not talented at doing any of this artwork kind of stuff. I am sure it is very time consuming and tidious!:flower3:

We usually take one of those two liter wine boxes with us on board and get two glasses from our steward. We always took them in to the dining room and never had a problem. Last time when we were at Disneyland before the cruise we took a cab to a grocery store near there and bought the wine.

Just My two Cents.
I dont know what some people have to be so negative about everything. life is to short and precious to be negative about everything. If you dont like whats going on on the boards why are you on them? If you dont like something that someone else has worked so hard on dont be so mean about it keep your opinion to yourself. Also dont put them down these people who are working so hard on this stuff takes time out of their busy schedules to make sure that othr people can have a great time in addition to the great time they will already have on the cruise.

I love the new design. Great job. And i just wanted to thank those who take the time out of their busy schedules to make all this stuff. Youre all very creative. :thumbsup2

So I have had a chance to cool off a bit. I think today is just one of those days. Anyway while I was cooling off I had a extreme thought. Val has worked so hard over the last few weeks. I think it should be her that decides. Since most here don't care I think that is the best thing to do. Becides tge artist I think knows best. So I say Val you pick.

No...actually it can't have anything to do with option #3 because if you look at that option...Minnie is topless there, too....she's just being a bit more discreet because her lei hasn't floated quite as high and her right arm is kind covering her bosom.....clearly Minnie was going through a "Mouses Gone Wild" phase when she was on vacation to Hawaii!! :rotfl2::rotfl2:

As a veterinarian I find it necessary to point out that while Ariel may only require 2 sea shells Minnie, being a mouse, needs 8. Just sayin'

The mermaids in the Peter Pan dark ride in Disneyland, in the 70's, didn't have anything but long hair in the front.
We were at the Walt Disney Museum yesterday and Bob notes that he was watching the first Silly Symphony, the 3 Little Pigs, in one of the homes, on the wall were two pictures, one said Mom and the another Dad, The Mom one had a pictures of a large pink round with 8 teats, the Dad showed 8 sausages.

It also had a notation from Walt describing Minnie's clothes as a short red shirt with the white lace of her underpants showing. No mention of a top. I guess he had a lot of license when dressing a mouse.

I think that was a great post. Good for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First off thank you to everyone using SWA for your air travel. As far as why it will only be till March 9 I think it has to do with our Air Tran acquisition. We expect to get our single operating certificate from the FAA first quarter next year. So I think we need to scale it back just a bit, but they don't tell me those type of things so it is just a guess. Now on to the shirts. I still think there should be multiple choices and not just one. That is just my opinion. I think we have all seen all the designs enough that if the idea is to be identified with the group, you will be. This way more people can get one. That's just my take.

SW will be getting alot of our business this year. WDW in January for the WDW Marathon, MV Fantasy (March), this cruise in April, and maybe another WDW adventure in the fall.

Corinna has stated it perfectly! Nancy and I plan to bring our wine and spirits for the journey on board. We will get fresh glasses every night from our room steward to take a glass of wine to dinner.

Thanks so much! Is there a beverage emporium near the port (or on the way)? I'll be staying at the Doubletree in San Pedro the night before the cruise and can easily take a taxi to a store nearby. Thanks for the info...I will also be bringing my wine to dinner with me! :yay:

I am sorry I really don't know but if you want to PM me maybe we can pick up some things for you and you could pay me later.

Thank you so very much. You are very sweet, but there HAS to be some place nearby with all the hotels near there. I'll just check at the desk when I check in...they will most likely know of something...if not, I pick up the smartphone and start Googling!!! :woohoo:

Thanks so much! :goodvibes
