When I got these quotes I thought they were high compared to prices here in Philly. Prices online were less and I asked about that. They said the prices they gave me are guaranteed rates and do not have to be paid upfront. The prices online are advance purchase and no refunds if you have to cancel. (This is why I recommend travel insurance for everyone). I will hold on to these rates, because they might go up and this is guaranteed. If anyone finds better pricing somewhere else let me know. I am still going to look into other hotels for better rates.

No problem checking out the hotels. I'm hoping to get a reasonable rate and clean place to stay to party with other DISer's staying there before the cruise. I'd rather be spending the money on DL or LA city tours and not a hotel. This is a group venture -people checking out tours; vow renewals; sharing information. We all just want to have fun

Is there anyone on this thread that did the Transatlantic last year? I am looking for the EBTA pin from that cruise. For some reason I am missing that one. IF you have an extra one I would be interested in buying it from you.

This will be our 4th cruise and first time back on the Wonder since our honeymoon. We were scheduled for the WBTA last year but had twin girls instead. It will be their first cruise and we are so excited to bring them along as well. We haven't been to Hawai'i since 2005 so it will be exciting to go back.

Can't wait to have a pineapple Dole Whip and fresh fruit at the Dole Plantation on Oahu. Nothing better than fresh fruit in paradise.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

Thanks, I may have to look into this. Just not sure if I can since my reservation is an OBB I did back on the 2010 WBTA, I booked the 2011 WBTA but changed it to Hawaii. I have also paid about $6000 off it aswell. All these factors might change the usual rules, PLUS I already have $200 OBC from the OBB, Do I get the DU $400 ASWELL, or instead of.
Way too confusing for my current baby brain, Yep, It's turned to mush this pregnancy!

You keep all your OBB $ and get the DU $ on top of that. As long as it is not PIF you can transfer to a TA

Is anyone flying to CA from Philadelphia? I know the pricing isn't out yet, but again if we have 10 people flying from Philadelphia, I can hold group space on the airlines. That means a small deposit and the balance doesn't have to be paid until next year. Best part is the price is guaranteed, so if the airfare goes up, our price doesn't. If the airfare goes down, we get the advantage.

Bev. Mahalo - thank you - for getting these prices, saves us a lot of work. The quote for "if you are leaving your car there" does that include the cost of parking the car for the 16 days? It must, but that seems really cheap, I paid $24 at a downtown garage to park my car for 1 hours while at the dentist. Do you have hotel phone numbers you can post so we can call with these kind of questions instead of bothering you? Thanks again. Val

Someone else answered what the Rainforest Room is, the pass gets you in every day of the cruise (cheaper than individual day passes).

WOW-so many pages already. We are booked so far!! We are on the MV of the Fantasy as well, so no way can I take the kids out of school for another 2 weeks. It was hard enough getting the ok for my oldest to go for one week. He will be in middle school next year-had to ask the principal for an exception.
So, now I need to talk my mom into watching the boys. I need to bribe her with something.

We are paying cash for this one....couldn't be on the phone lines with DVC because I was chaperoning a field trip that day. I got my TA to book it. So, it will be just my DH and myself.

I see alot o familiar names. It will be another great group.

So instead of doing the Eastern Carribean in Feb. we will now be joining all of you on this "Wonder"- ful cruise to Hawaii!!!

Traveling will be me (Annette, 42 at time of sailing) and my Dsis (Amanda, 43). Since this cruise is in between my and Amanda's bday, we will be celebrating both on the ship. My bday is 2/3 and her's is 6/22. We love the Wonder!

Our last cruise was March 10, 2011 for 3 nights on the Dream and before that is was the 14 night WBTA.

I gotta to start reading since this thread is already over 50 pages long!
