As of this post, we are now up to 284 lanyards for our group!

I'm going to leave it open for new/additional requests for a little while longer. Most people's hard/firm PIF date is Feb. 14th or 15th, right? I don't know if I can wait EXACTLY that long.....because I don't want to run the risk that the lanyards take too long to ship to me and not hve them in time....

...so if you've been waiting to order your lanyards, make sure you don't wait too much longer....directions to order your lanyards and confirm your info are on the first page of the thread and also on the master google spreadsheet, too!

I am new on the DIS boards and just signed up! My husband and I will be celebrating his 50th birthday on this cruise. We are SO SO excited. We signed up for the Luau in Maui and other FUN events that have been organized by many of you. SO...thank-you all for all your hard work organizing all of this

It will consist of a number of questions for which you can find the answers around the ship, some puzzles that you can solve with the help of clues around the ship and some tasks that involve bringing back certain items and photos. Now that it's just 99 days to go.....I need to know.....what time is everyone going to the port in the morning? I know some people have assigned times. I'm Platinum so I don't think that I do. Does anyone know what time they open the doors and let us in? I need to be there as early as possible.

I don't know, Lexa. I guess I'll have to ask. Also, does anyone know if it costs anything to ride on the shuttle?

Lexa, I just called the hotel again. YES you have to reserve the shuttle when you arrive at the hotel. NO cost because the shuttle is complimentary. That's good to know. Thanks for asking.

When we did the Dream a few weeks ago we had 11am time. They do not even open the terminal in PC until 11. Maybe closer to the cruise we can find out from someone on an earlier cruise what time the terminal opens.

I think for the LA Repo we called for a 9:30am car service and we were staying in Torrence. So we probably got to the port around 10am. We got there just as Kaylee and family was coming off the boat from the previous cruise. They made us form a line and wait outside. I sat in the sun for a few minutes talking to others while John stood in line. It didn't take long. Maybe another half an hour. So 10:30am sounds right to me.

I just asked over on another thread if anyone that did the Mexican Riveria knows what time the terminal opened. I was just there to do the LA Repo but I can't remember exactly. Knowing me....I got there early. I know we had to wait. But I got a seat and it was sunny and beautiful outside and I kept seeing familiar faces to hug and say hi to. It went by quickly.

For those of you heading up all the various activities...I couldn't remember what I have signed up for already because I didn't write it down. So if you get multiple sign ups, just consider me being over excited! LOL

It will be weird for me to not get to the ship first thing. I plan on getting there around 2. My ILs will drop me off and hang with the kids around the port area so that they can wave bye to me during the sail away. With the excitement of the cruise soupled with the anxiety about leaving the kids, I'll be the bawling baby up on deck 10!

OH Good. OK thanks Judy. I guess both east and west terminals open at 11:00am now. That makes sense. So I can sleep in and get a shuttle for 10:30am. hahaha.
