My hubby and I are from Pennsylvania too! Nice to know somebody else from Pennsylvania!

So where is everyone from?
I am originally from Michigan, but my husband is in the military (15 years now) and we have lived in Minnesota (3 years), North Caroline (5 years) and Georgia (3 years). I also lived in Kentucky as a child (age 4-12)

Hi Mousemommy1! You'll LOVE cruising with Disney. 2014 is the first year since 2011 that we haven't cruised. We were set to cruise on the Fantasy for a week in May, but because of a work-fueled move, we had to cancel that and focus on the move. But... we're VERY excited to get back on the dream in 2015!

Hello from California!! New to Disboards. My daughter just got notified today by Make A Wish that her Disney Dream cruise is really happening!! First Disney cruise and we are going to be on the April 27th cruise. She has heard about the FE club from a friend that has cruised before and as part of her Wish she really wants to be able to give gifts to other families while we are on the cruise. I was given info to on how to find this link. Please let me know about how many families to plan for and anything I can help with. I'm still reading up on all the things to do for FE and it sounds like lots of fun! Here is our info:

I believe on this cruise there is one optional dress up night, but my girls want to get fancy each night so we're going all out for more than one night. I believe they have fancy photo opportunities only on the dress up night.

Do you know what kind of fancy photo ops? Just curious. (First cruise)

Do you know what kind of fancy photo ops? Just curious. (First cruise)

It is my first Disney Cruise (Cruised once before on Norwegian Pearl with Hubby) Being new to it all, I've tried to read everything I can find about the Disney Dream...I read a couple reviews that said there are special backdrops set up only on the optional dress up night to take nice family photos. I've pre-purchased the photo package so I plan on having the girls' photos done individually, then together, then Hubby and Me, then the family - making it a quick photo session I'm always the one taking photos and hardly ever in a photo. I figure knowing I already paid for all the pictures will make it easier to just get photos taken around the ship and as many as possible

We have second dinner seating. Should we wear our pirate costumes to dinner for the pirate deck party after. Or try to go back to our room to change?

We have second seating too and are wearing our outfits to dinner. The dinning room staff will be dressed up and the menus will be pirate menus so we'll fit right in! Hubby is struggling between wearing his Captain Hook costume or just being a swashbuckling pirate We're going all out!

Noelle, Go to the TEST BOARD ( http://www.disboards.com/forums/test-board.88/ ) and start a thread called TEST, and make posts there - nothing more than one word is fine, I just put TEST - and that will kick your post count up.

Unfortunately, our conversation thread discussing the Fish Extender exchange already has 10 people (+ original poster) in it, which is the maximum allowed. One of the organizers (JKleinmom or DutchessandKittens) will contact you with the necessary details.

Ok it has been decided that there is a cut off date of March 16th to join the FE list. This will be 40 days to the cruise. As of right now there are 13 families in the group and we are keeping it one group unless there is a dramatic influx to the list
