now there's a thought!! I take tons and tons of pictures, and I would LOVE some pictures of an empty (or almost) terminal! I hate it when I have strangers in my pictures!!!! So, you think I'd get arrested if I pitched my tent? I don't wanna take a chance and miss the ship because I'm in jail! That would NOT be a good thing!

Oh, Honey, if you don't want STRANGErs, then this may not be the cruise for you!!!

Actually, there will probably be enough of us that we can form a perimeter (sort of like a police baracade) around you while you take pictures!!!

Ugh. I've been gone most of the afternoon....piano lessons and grocery store....

now I'm home, finishing up dinner (beef stew in the crock pot....yummmmm) but I have to go back out. Ds has Wizard of Oz rehearsal tonight (40 minutes away) I hate going out once I've gotten back home. Waaaaa.

me: "ummm...yeah...hey, do you want some ice cream?"

I do'nt mind strangers, just not in my pictures. I know sometimes you can't avoid it, but if I can possibly get a picture without any by getting there early, then I will!

I hate that too!! (going out again!) DH just called and said he won't be home until like 7:30 or so! ugh! He's usually home around 3! At least I had the day off and I am well rested. Yeah, so I said I'd clean, and I *did* mop the floors, but then I took a nap! I have to add that our entire downstairs is tile and hardwood and all the upstairs is too, except the 2 kids bedrooms and the playroom, they are carpet! So there was a LOT of mopping to do!

we will be renting a car at the Orlando airport eather Budget or Avis we here they both have drop off and pick up locations in port Canaveral.

FYI, if you know someone that is waiting for a call from IC for 2008, the calls are being made. I just got one. I faxed for August 2008, not knowing the Magic would be in CA then. I specifially told them "1st 7 day Eastern in August 2008" so I thought it was really nice of them to call anyway and ask if I was interested in Mexico!

I told them "are you kidding me? I am booked in April now and Karen is bringing surprise gifts and I am getting a BUTTON from Mary! A button, lady!! ...you can't PAY me to switch now!" She totally understood!

So when did you fax your request in? I faxed ours in after the May '06 cruise so I think I'm pretty far down the list. Of course I faxed it for a Cat 7 for a June Eastern or any special 2008 cruises. Pretty wide open.

you know, I don't know when...I think it was after we moved in here, so July. Maybe they are calling those who have a specific date first? I am really not sure what priorities they have! But it seems that since you faxed in May, you should be getting a call before me!

We basically wanted the 1st Eastern Cruise in August, and gave them a choice of 2 SPH rooms (either one of the 2 that are non-connecting)

So will you ditch us when they call with a Mexican Riveria cruise? Since that is considered a "special" cruise! Hope not!

It's been a long day here. On Wednesdays I work in my 1st graders class and on Thursdays I work for my 5th grader's teacher. Then I ran errands all day.

When I got home at 2:30 I put 4 chicken breasts and an onion in the crock pot (it only takes 4 hours on high). At 4:30 I discovered that I only had the crock pot on warm - I guess dinner will be late tonight.

I really don't like anything having to do with cooking.

cool! I'd be sad if you left now! Why don't you like Mexico? It really would make more sense to us, since we are in CA and it would only take us an hour to get to the port, so no airfare, no hotel, etc. However, we have been to Mexico several times and we could go to any of the ports for much less money! So we really have no interest cruising there!

Watch them on the main board freaking out over the prices as they find out from IC! I think we will actually SAVE money flying to Florida, renting a car, hotel!

Anyway I did the Mexican Riveria a number of years ago and just didn't care for it. We just did Cozumel and Costa Maya in May and again just don't care for it. All the "pretty lady come into my shop" etc. Much happier doing an Eastern.
