Sorry I know there must be a thread about this but I've searched and searched and can't find it. I know the late seating dinner is 8/8:15/8:30 but what about breakfast and lunch? Are they open seating?
For all the rest you have the options of eating at Topsiders (buffet) or one of the sit downs with open seating.
Breakfast and Lunch are open seating on every day except for the Character Breakfast and your last morning. For the Character Breakfast you will be told by your server the night before. For the last day you will get your breakfast time the day before and you will be in the same resturant as you were in the night before.

Or Pinnochio's or Pluto's.Or room service.
You won't go hungry!
p.s. Mary, are you planning on going to the character breakfast?
But what time are breakfast and lunch served?
I think this link will help. http://www.wdwinfo.com/Photos/DCL-Navigators/1-19-08-ec/index.htm
Those are a set of navigators from a January Eastern Cruise. These are just like the ones we'll be getting each night. You can see the options open to you. A few things may change but most will be the same.
PDFG and all our friends who need it.
But what time are breakfast and lunch served?
Only if you are.I think we'll have enough characters at dinner.

ha ha ha. cute!
Typically we don't go. Usually by the time our character breakfast comes around, we're ready to sleep in a day! Plus we do have character meals scheduled during our time at Disney --I think on that next Monday at the Kona Cafe we're eating with two characters (see, two can play that game!)
It's usually a "let's see how we feel in the morning kinda call".....and we know there are other options, so we don't feel like we HAVE to.
Maybe even some Mardi Gras beads for all you yankees - and I mean that in a good way......

I saw somewhere that you are not supposed to "save" deck chairs by the pool. I have always done this on other cruises, put a towel and some belongings. Does anyone else do this? LOL
Ginny - have you ever been to Mardi Gras? Either way, I think you know the answer to your question. Hehe
