first thing I thought about when I woke up this morning... 1 month countdown!!!!

I just went to the DCL website, I wanted to check and see how much our cruise has gone up in price, and it says there are no vacation dates available! Wow, does that mean ALL Eastern cruises in april are sold out?? I thought that maybe it had something to do with the kids and kids clubs being full for their ages, but I put it 1 adult, and it still said that same!

We got our room assignment today too. We also got a Cat 10 booked as a 12GTY. LCtonra (Laura & Chris) we are 3 doors down from you in 2547. We have 2 kids: DS8 and DD5. A tip I heard was: bring a nightlight for inside cabins; they can get very dark without any port holes.

My DD is right around your kids age...she is 6 and will be 7 in June...she will be thrilled there will be another girl her age at the Dismeet. Thanks for the nightlight idea, it was not on my list of things we needed. We don't need anyone falling on the way to the bathroom at night. We did get our travel alarm clock because we won't know when the sun is up.

I was able to select the cabin I wanted when I booked. We are From Boston. My son is 8 and it's me and my mother (3 of us)

I haven't had any weird cruise dreams, but I had ANOTHER dream about Mark and Mary last night. I was at their house (but again, it wasn't their house) and I was living there for awhile with the kids. They left me every day and went to work. And I just hung out. No idea where Mike was. Maybe I left him? I dunno. But it's weird I'm having these dreams.

I did much the same thing. I started in April of 07 the price was up $234. from our booking date of January 17, 2007 I check again in July 07 and again in October 07 and finally in January 08. Each time it was up by $300. In January the quote was $5626. for a Cat. 6 with insurance and transfers. Glad we booked when we did!

Good morning! Time for another Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah Tip Of The Day!


You don't have to use your KTTW card to lock your safe. The safes in the room lock when your KTTW card is slid through it. Problem is you need the exact same card to open it. If one partner is up at the pool and the other wants to get something out of the safe you are out of luck. Plus if sadly you misplace your KTTW card then you have to call to have someone come and open it up for you.

Here's the tip of the day. You can use any card with a magnetic strip. Like your grocery discount card! Then if you use that you can put it somewhere else in your room where everyone else in your party can get to it if they want to get in the safe. Of course you don't want to just leave it out on top of the safe (since the safe wouldn't be very secure then) but tucked in a drawer out of sight should be fine.

This is our second time on the Magic, the first being about 5 years ago, but we're even more excited for this trip I think! Crossing our fingers for great weather!!

Getting so excited. THanks for the tip of the day and the listing of the movies..Cant wait to do anything. Ive been doing WW for 2 weeks and have lost 10.2 pounds. Hoping Ill be secure in the program and will take the week off to enjoy the food, but not too much!
