Me - Pie, I like coconut custard, DH- Chocolate cake with his "Grammy's" icing.
2. Ice cream -- soft serve or hand dipped? flavor?
Me - mint chocolate chip, DH - Turkey Hill Chocolate Peanut butter cup with extra Skippy peanut butter on top!! (he loves PB)
3. If you could have a celebrity chef cook you a meal, who would you choose and why?
Me- Rachael Ray, I have most of her cookbooks and her foods pretty good but it takes me 1 hr to prepare, not 30 minutes!! DH - Giada De Laurentiis he says its because of her food but I think it has to do with her looks !!!

4. What's your beverage that kickstarts your morning, coffee, tea, or other?
Me - Iced tea, DH - milk from cereal bowl.

5. Favorite kid and adult cereal?
Me- kid, Apple Jacks, Adult - Rasin Bran Crunch, DH - Trix and Golden Grahams
6. Wine, beer or cocktail?
Me- Chambord sours and any fruity frozen drink. DH - not much of a drinker, but does like some fruity drinks.


Yippie - I only have 6 more working days!!!!

I was also disappointed in the documents. I expected a little more.

Yea, we were half expecting the big huge book of stuff we got 3 years ago on our previous cruise. I just expected it to be filled out already. Guess not. Fine by me.

EXACTLY!! It used to be this big huge book and now it's next to nothing. And, if they could figure out a way to print out luggage tags and the bahamian immigration form, I'm sure that they'd just do away with the documents all together. I think that I still have my big booklet from a couple of years ago.

Handdipped Blakes's Iditarod (Vanilla w/ Choc & PB chunks) I love PB as well. I have it most mornings on toast!

me Wolfgang Puck - Kids love Emeril

Venti Verona or any other dark coffee BLACK and HOT!!

kid - Sugar Pops Adult - Yogurt burst Cheerios.

6. Wine, beer or cocktail?
Wine - Cabs then Merlots, Beer Guiness is my favorite followed by Pilsner Uriquell(sp)

We don't drink -- Diet Pepsi is about as stiff as I get. If I really want to party, it might be a virgin pina colada!!!

We are leaving in a week -- need to really get going on the packing thing. I cannot stop dreaming about the cruise -- not that we have seen pictures, some of you are showing up as "extras" in my dreams. Yes, my husband is officially calling me obsessed -- Now that Taylor is back from his tour yay: ), he and I can be obsessed together! Hope everyone had a great day.

Our Cruise documents came on Friday. No upgrade this time but we are not disappointed. We selected the room on our last cruise.
I am very excited but lots of work and packing to do.

Hi everyone
It great that everyone has their Docs, but disappointing to see they're not the elaborate parcel they "used to be". I also broke out my old Docs and flashed them around on Easter, telling everyone, here's what to expect!

Question: When I did On-Line check in, there was something that I was supposed to print out and bring to the terminal. Well, I didn't have any ink, so I didn't print it out. Now when I go back to it, it's not dark and when I move the cursor over it, it doesn't go to the page. What do I do?

Can you believe I get an email from my boss telling me there's a faculty meeting on the 19th
My last day of work before the cruise is the 19th and we're flying down on the 20th, and he springs this meeting on us.....So of course, I had to tell him that I have appointments that day

Okay, Kyra wants me to help her with her signature and I also have a psychology test tomorrow that I've yet to study for But I have to prioritize, so helping Kyra it is

Ok, here's what I put for all of my DCL cruises, don't know if it's right or wrong, but they've always taken it.

Questions:

I do check Discovery Cruises/ferry/other ship
2. Date of arrival is 4/27/2007?
Yep, that's what I put.
3. City where I boarded....Port Canaveral (even though that won't fit in the boxes?
I put in PT Canaveral.
4. Under travel agency.....just put Costco? I have no idea what city I actually called to book thru costco.
I booked mine straight through Disney, so I put Disney Cruise Line and Celebration for the city. I don't think the city matters too much, you could just put your home town.
5. Under intended stay...do I put 0 nights? or 1 night?
I always put 0 nights.
6. last but not least Hotel Name ....do I put Disney Cruise Line?
I always put Disney Magic or Disney Wonder.

I think that it's the cruise contract, and I'm logging into mine to see how I did it and if I can still do it.

Yep, it's the Cruise Contract. Under the Cruise Contract, is the button highlighted in Blue that says Fill Out Form? I do know that it won't let you print out the form until all the form above are filled out and have check marks next to them. I printed mine out, but I can still go in and do it again. Don't know why it won't let you. Ok, edited to add that after I click on the Fill Out Form for the cruise contract, I click Continue and it goes to the signature form. That's the one that you need to print out and have everyone sign and bring to the port.

As for that sig. page on the online check in form, I didn't print mine out either when I filled out all of my docs, I just went back there and I was able to print it. Just follow the directions of the above poster....they were great.

Taylor had a great time on his trip and a great birthday as well -- thanks for asking. When I got after him a little bit for not using that calling card that I bought for him, I found out that he had called, but since it showed up as a blocked caller ID on my cell phone I didn't answer......I have producer's calling me all the time to try and get me to air their programs and so I typically do not answer the phone unless I know who is calling. I know....jokes on me.

I've heard that Moby Dick has good reviews too. For us, we used Capt. Marvin's back in 2003 and we really liked them, so it was natural for us to book with them again.

Have him keep his license, but go ahead and take his passport to check in.

I can keep your email private if you'd rather but i'll need it to email you the list. I have an update to email today that includes sarahste, i'll hold on and wait for your info. of course if there is anything you'd rather not share that is fine, just omit that part

I look at the pile that I put aside and think, Well, maybe I will need this and maybe I'll need that and it ends up in my suitcase again. I give up. It is a good thing we are driving, we don't need to worry about the weight limit on luggage

I have a question about birth certificates. We did not get passports because we were just going to use our birth certificates when we get to the port. We looking at them last nite I noticed that neither my wife nor I have a raised seal or stamp. They are originals, but they look kind of plain. Are we going to have trouble getting on the ship with these? I am almost certain they are what we used 6 years ago, but now security is a lot tighter. Can someone help me calm my nerves.

I started packing yesterday and I am not making much head way either. We are going to be in Florida before the cruise and after so I have to pack little extra(or maybe I just should do laundry, )plus finding and packing dress clothes is really throwing me off, I never bring dress clothes on vacation to Florida. So another question I have do they have irons that you can use or do people send out their dress clothes out to be ironed if need be?
