Yes, we did. I replied to your post in the "I love BWV" thread and added the info from our stay at AKV. We just returned from a split stay in a 1 bedroom at BWV and a standard studio at AKV. Even though we had more room at BWV, AKV are my favorite

thanks so much! I just read your review! We love AKL, and the calmness that it offers. Did you by any chance take any pics of the room or view? Did the kids mind the pull out sofa? This will be our first time not in a regular room with 2 dedicated beds....hopefully it should be fine

Sorry, no pics--this was our 4th stay at AKV, but you can find good pics of the studios on Deb's allears website. But, my DD sleeps on the sofa bed and finds it to be really comfortable! I tested it out myself because DH and I will be sleeping on a sofa bed next year and it is not your typical sofa sleeper mattress! If felt more like memory foam--really nice! DS was able to take the cushions from the sofa and use them on the floor as his bed. He's not picky and usually prefers to sleep on the floor As I said in my other post, the standard studio was much more roomy than the value studios!

I am getting ready to book April 21-28 or 22-29. Any idea what the crowds will be like then? This will be my babies 1st trip to Disney!! And my older two boys 3rd trips! When are Spring Breaks this year? I am hoping to avoid them!

April 20th - 30th.

We know the 24th - 30th will be Garden View Club Level at the Polynesian.

We are still deciding on the 20th - 24th and we are considering:
- Animal Kingdom Lodge (Pool View or Club Level) this would be a new resort for us
- Grand Floridian (Garden View) this would be a new resort as well
- Beach Club (Water View or Garden View Club Level) we love the BC and it is currently the front runner
- Wilderness Lodge (Woods View or Club Level) another favorite, but we just stayed here in May...so it's in last place at the moment.

After pouring over room rates, discounts, resorts, and options for about a week, we just booked our trip for April 17-24!!! We are surprising our son for his 7th birthday!!
We are staying at the POR, Oak Manor, Royal room that will have just been reopened following the renovation the month before We are going with our parents and my Dad is retired military so we got a great room rate, and an even better ticket discount rate!
I am just so excited I could burst!!!

We'll be there April 6-12 as well (DH & I), staying at BWI, can't wait! The crowds will probably be nuts but who cares, we'll be in Disney!!!!! Now if April would only hurry up & get here

We will be at wdw over Easter our first Holiday at the world....a lil worried about crowds but its the only way we can sneek off for a family vacation this year!...we will book in Jan probably CBR....or WL Cabins...we usually do POP..Cant wait!!!

We will be at Disney April 6th-11th, it's a surprise trip to celebrate DS 1st communion. Haven't decided where we are going to stay yet as we just decided we were going last night!!! DH can't go so I will be taking DD & DS alone, they are 9 (will be 10) and 12 so hopefully it all goes well.

Im booked for April 23- May 3 its just me and my 5 yr old son Our VERY first Trip EVER we cant wait! anyone know what the crowds will be like I tried to go far enough away from Easter and I think most spring breaks are done by then I hope its low crowds as a first timer I want to see all I can

We haven't booked yet because my bf can't request his time off until the New Year, but we are planning on staying at Pop Century from April 16 or 17 - April 26 or 27. This is my boyfriend's first trip to Disney and my first time staying onsite, so needless to say,we are pretty excited. We are also doing a couple of days at US/IOA because my bf loves all the comic book movies, so the Incredible Hulk Coaster, Spider Man, etc is totally his thing. Plus we both want to check out WWOHP.
