I was just checking the calendar for April 2007 to get an idea of hours for April 2008. The park is open earlier and later the first two weeks, which leads me to believe higher crowds.

How much difference is there between the first two weeks and the last two weeks in regards to crowds?

We are the Disney planners for our friends and they are all talking about going next April. We have never been that time of year so I need to get my information from you wise people before I help them plan their trip.

Thanks for your help.

I would also be interested in learning this. We are thinking of going the 19th to 26th of April 2008. Is that still spring break season? I just think it would be so much cooler than in June/July timeframe.

My dad is taking all his kids and grandkids to Disney next April (I think April 19-26, 2008). He picked that date after researching weather, crowds, temperatures, etc.

So, having not been there during that time, I can't say for certain, but my dad's pretty sure it will be good timing.

Good luck!

Jill

Well this year Easter is the beginning of April so the first two weeks will be high crowds. Next year easter is somewhere around March 23 I think so crowds shouldn't be as great beginning of April next year. It all goes along with whenever Easter falls. Now that's not to say there isn't spring break crowds just that it typically picks up the week before and of Easter week. HTH

Thought this might be of interest to everyone ...

According to the Disney Resorts website, peak season is 2/15 - 4/14 and regular season is 4/15 - 5/23
