April 2008 TR

Hey Emma! Still loving the TR. And THIS is how pineapples grow! I learned that this February on Living with the Land. Haha. So much fun and educational too!

Haha! You beat me to it! I was going to say that pineapple grow on a plant. My MIL grows them in her flower garden on FL. You just cut the top off of one and stick it in the ground, an voila (sp?) a pineapple!

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: I find Minnie's garden being sponsored by Claratin funny.

Again, I was thinking the EXACT same thing!

This dude fools me out EVERY TIME!!!

Me too!! I actually said "excuse me" to him on my last visit!! I took the exact same picture!! Here's mine:

I'm late, but I'm in!!!!! This is a FABULOUS trip report, LOVE IT!!!!

Its bittersweet though, reading about my beloved WL. I love it so, and seeing all your pictures makes me miss it!!!

I can't wait to read more! Fabulous pictures by the way, I wish mine came out that good!

And you have fantastic fashion sense by the way! Love the accessories!

Thank you for such an enjoyable trip report!!! I work with college students every day, and I wish they were all as articulate and self aware as you! Thank you for writing this report! I have decided to make my upcoming trip snobbish partially based on your reports!!!!

I loved the floating flowers at Epcot too. They were still there early last week. Great shot of the coke dispensers, my DH works for Pepsi, so I probably shouldn't take too may pictures in Club Cool. We did stop in on our last trip and it was a nice break.

Hi there!
I absolutely LOVE reading your TRs.. in fact, when I joined the forums a few months ago, yours was the first one I read. (Your other one, where u guys stayed at the Poly.. I believe your first one? ehhhh.) We stayed at the Poly and Yacht Club for our first trip, and are hoping to stay at the Yacht Club again, or try the Wilderness Lodge for our second trip!

I just had to comment on the shuffle board type game in Epcot. OMG! Me and DBF were OBSESSED with this game. We were practically bowling over little kids to get to it. TOTALLY kidding. No children were harmed during this filming :rotfl2:

But I do love your TRs.. you have the most awesome fashion sense, and you are HILARIOUS :lovestruc

Emma...I've been reading your trip report and enjoying it immensely! My dd and I will be staying at WL in a few weeks for her 7th birthday trip!

Last night my family at at Ted's Montana Grill and I thought of you. They have stuffed bison for sale...as well as bison key chains and tshirts!

I wouldn't check out the site w/ Sunrise around though since Ted's serves bison steaks!

lol! I'm a big Pepsi girl too...it's so annoying that COKE is everywhere, especially at Disney. But you can't really pass up Club Cool either! :confused3

Awww! Thank you so much! I'm so glad your enjoying the trippies! I do luuuv the Poly! I hope you had a great stay there. We've only stayed once at the Yacht a few years ago, but it was so elegant and nice...did you get a chance to try Beaches n' Cream? :thumbsup2 That shuffleboard game is very awesome! The lines were long for us too...I had to switch out with Porthos half way through b/c we didn't want to wait in line again...

That's sooo exciting that you'll be at the WL so soon!! And Happy Bday to your DD-she is very lucky! Going to Disney World is pretty much the ultimate as far as presents go! pixiedust: And lol...Loved the website (though I was careful to keep Sunrise away while I looked!) ;)

Yay! More Pepsi people! FMIL and I are huge Pepsi people, but my own mother is a Coke drinker! :confused3

Just thought I'd share. :thumbsup2

Hi Emma! I was just checking in on another one of your snobbishly fabulous updates! :goodvibes That is one gorgeous bangle!

Lovin' your TR a lot, and just had to say thanks for the beautiful photos (and words) :)

You had better not leave us hanging for long.....;) I can't believe it's the last day already! :(

I cant believe you left us hanging like that!!! :)

I love the empty park shots...so peaceful! Wish I were there....

Cathy

I read through this WHOLE thing only to find you left us hanging like that? :headache:

I like the photos. I keep thinking I should take a "critter" of some sort to photograph in various locations around the park like you have been doing with Sunrise. I always forget though. Maybe in December...I think I'd have to get a little Mickey Mouse or some other related character...like Piglet! As in, where IS Piglet, anyways? (Sorry...tangent)

I agree about the short trips. It's like your mind can't wrap itself around the idea that the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th day is THE LAST day. Those short trips can be the best though.

Thanks for sharing...and I can't wait to read more!

Really love the pictures of Sunrise with all those cute little character statues. I just love all the details of the MK. The park was soooooooo crowded when we were there two weeks ago, it was kinda disappointing. But hopefully I will be back in Oct, crowd level and temps are usually more manageable at that time. I love a good cliffhanger, can't wait to read the next report.......................popcorn::

ooh that's just not fair! I can't wait to see, don't leave it too long, I leave for WDW in 6 days I don't want to be forever guessing :rotfl:
Love the fact you got the park all to yourself (well sort of!) love all the photo ops! :thumpsup2
