April 17, 2011 on the Dream

You guys are teasing us first-timers!! :upsidedow I got all excited when I saw that all of you were going to book after midnight and now I just realized I have to wait 15 more days because I am a newbie. :sad1:

What is the night I should try to book for Palo if I don't want to go twice to the same dining rooms (the second time)but without missing pirate night?? OY - I am so confused. :confused3

Based on the info I got, it looks like 3rd and 4th night will be in the same dining room, 3rd night is the pirate night, so = it seems like, if you book Palo for the 4th night you will be a winner pixiedust:

won't that be a different menu - I was figuring that if I had animators the third night - they would not do the show that night - that it would be the pirate party menu? what do you think?

I am sure menu on 3rd and 4th night will be different, I am not sure about the shows. I keep checking if anybody scanned and posted menus yet, but I did not see it yet (only pictures, which are very hard to read). Once we see the menus, it should be a little easier to decide (at least, for us :cutie:) 3rd or 4th night knowing that dining room will be the same....
If anybody sees Dream's menus posted, please let us know

all I plan on booking is parasailing and the stingray encounter at castaway cay, should I stay up til midnight or do you think I'll be ok booking tomorrow

I booked parasailing for the first part of our cruise; I did it at midnight, all times were open, no problem....I am not sure if we are keeping it, because last time we did snorkeling tour and I did not do well on a small boat.
I wonder - where do they take you for parasailing? Is it in a bay area, or in an open, right where ship docks???:confused3

My eldest is having a sleepover tonight. Which I will need to keep me up for the midnight booking after driving up to Pittsburgh yesterday for the playoff game (we got home at 2 am):drive:. Didn't exactly think about the back to back late nights.

I'll definitely be dragging my wagon, but I'm only looking for a brunch this saling.:surfweb:

See you all "tomorrow":thumbsup2

Count down 7 hours to go...
E.

That the third night will have pirate menu. And 4th night will be regular menu .....so if animators is your last restaurant on the third night will not be the show. The fourth night will be the full show

Good to know! Thanks!!! :thumbsup2

One of the nice things about the 4-night and longer cruises is that there is a Pirate Night meal/menu. pirate:

I'm so tired already and it's not even 8:30, not sure how I'm going to make it to midnight. Must be that exciting Jets win tonight...:rolleyes1

So my goal is Palo brunch, we'd like to do dinner as well but if I can't get one this cruise, we have the 4/21 to try too.

We are also going to suck it up and do Atlantis Aqua-adventure, does this normally sell out? Has anyone ever done the Blue Lagoon Beach Day? Thought this one looked pretty good as well.

Our goal Palo brunch as well....:grouphug:
Isn't it cheaper for you to book Atlantis via Comfort Suites? ;)
Hope you stay awake, just keep checking disboards :surfweb: :lmao:

There are 5 of us so I think we would need 2 rooms, which is just about the same price as going through Disney. We've done it through Disney before, it's nice to just get off the boat, get in the taxi, get there and have our lunch vouchers. It's going to cost us about $700 but it's the one thing everyone is really looking forward to.

:thumbsup2 So true...sometimes it makes sense to pay more and have the best time....
Still awake? :happytv:

I'm here too! I got a sudden burst of energy and since everyone else is in bed, I'm cleaning the downstairs!!! :yay:

I too was thinking of having a little midnight snack!! :)

I'm here. I went to sleep awhile ago but set my alarm :P. I woke up before the alarm went off -- DH loves to leave the TV on.
