6 - 8 inches tonight.... and I have a funeral to attend in the morning. I can't figure out how to get Noah on the bus at 8:30 and drive the 38 miles to the funeral home in 90 minutes if we get all that snow!

On a happier note... How is everyone? No KIDS still... on my cruise, at least no DIS kids... but hey, we'll still have a blast. You guys are so close to booking stuff... I'm so jealous! My next cruise I'll be able to book at 120!

Thinking of booking another cruise while on the one in April, unless the rest of 2007 comes out before then. Thinking of 4th of July! Am I nuts? Ok, don't answer that....

I'm permanently grounded from eBay (got burned on a purchase for one of Noah's Christmas gifts...)... don't laugh... I bought him the Dora Talking House. We will officially call it Diego's Casa....

I just realized that dec 31, new years eve at midnight is 105 days out from our cruise

So 3am EST on new years day, i need to book my excursions - news years is certainly going to be a late night this year!

where is everyone? Holiday shoppping I assume

Taking everyone on the Alaska cruise in July. Did buy everyone PJ's from disney store. Shopping at the mall during xmas is not fun. The traffic is horrible. Don't mind the crowds, till it's time to pay, that is. Am I getting to be an old grump. The web has made it so easy to shop. I did get the Disney Stock from one share that mousesavers mentioned. Also picked up some new Disney First day covers mounted with picture of a scene from the movie they must be 15x20 just beautiful, I've gotten six and I think there's two more. Can't wait for this year to end, getting closer, I'm almost packed. Happy xmas & new years all, looking forward to meeting everyone

DCL called yesterday and told us a more midship room had opened for us to switch to if we wanted

So we switched from room 8600 to 8046 - hope we made the right move ....

now we are closer to being under the pool and dance floor - hope it doesn't get too noisy

I have tried emailing a few people, with no responses - where is everyone from April 15?????

I have to book my ressies Sat night/ Sunday morning - not even sure yet

I think I will book Palo for the Wednesday night, Palo brunch maybe Monday?

No ressies for St Thomas, we will do Megans Bay on our own - not sure about St Marten yet

Need to register the kids - what am I forgetting ..... the Spa, yes the Spa....

Just booked today for the Eastern Cruise. 4 Children Leigh (12), Patrick (10), Ryan (6), Ben (3). Can't wait. Staying on deck 9 Oceanview. About my only choice left.

In the next couple weeks many staterooms will open up when payment is due, in case you wanted to get out of the Mickey pool... LOL

Some random thoughts in my head for any newbies that might be traveling on our sailing

some info for you all which might help when you start booking your excursions / dinners / brunch / reservations ... etc


assuming you are eating at the early seating, the new staggered method works like this


if you get this time, you will get this dining room sequence

5:30 - APLLAPL
5:45 - PLAAPLA
6:00 - LAPPLAP

L = Lumiere's
A = Animators Palate
P = Parrot Cay

We like the 5:45 seating so that when we go formal night on Sunday - we will be in Lumiere's - and when we do semi-formal night on Thurs, we will again be in Lumiere's


I beleive Pirate night is still Tuesday night thus we like doing Palo on Wednesday night when we are scheduled for our second night at Parrot Cay, and we are all aboard from St Thomas at 4:30 - relatively early

we like doing the Palo brunch on the second sea day, Monday - Sunday is a good relaxation day and Monday seems to work out well

The new stingray encounter at Castaway Cay is offered every hour on the hour starting at 10am - I suggest making a reservation for it if you want to do it
