We just booked this cruise at the last minute and are super excited! Is it too late to participate in the fish extender? It sounds like fun. Our 2.5 year old would love it!

Spent the weekend shopping for the boys and packed all their new stuff, not sitting here in another snowstorm, work & school are closed and I am counting the 23 days till we leave for Florida!

I'm always in perpetual packing mode. We've been to WDW so often I have a box that I keep stuff in that's always ready to go. Need to add clothing and stuff though. I'm sure I'll start packing this weekend a little bit too.

Just for fun I counted all of the different people who have contributed to this thread and said that they will be on this cruise. There are 23 of us so far!

What got me started on it was that I noticed so many from Illinois, where I am from--so then I checked out how where were are all from. Here's the breakdown:

??- 4 (not that they don't know where they live--but it's not in their public info!)

NC- 1
NY- 1
NJ- 1
AL- 1
RI- 1
FL- 2

IL- 5

Looks like Massachusetts and Illinois are well represented!

I'm sure I have something better to do with my time on a Friday evening--but thought I'd share.

Well, I am officially registered for my Qualifying Exam in June. Classes are done April 11...so this cruise will be a welcome break. I'm trying to take the pulse of interest in a DISmeet...so if you are interested please PM me. I will do my best to arrange a time and place for a brief DISmeet on Embarkation day.

Still haven't received cruise docs so I'm a little nervous. When do they usually arrive?

After doing some brief research I've found a location and a time for us to meet.

DISMeet - Embarkation Day (April 14, 2013)
Location: Vista Cafe - Midship Deck 4
Time: 2:30-3:15 (or longer if you wish)

Recent Dream Navigators have the Muster Drill from 3:45-4:30. A 2:30 meet will give most Cruisers time for lunch, time to check out staterooms and explore a bit. Be sure to try and wear something DISboard green but if not of course that's ok too! The first fifty DISboard families will get a special treat from me for their stateroom doors ( I know we probably won't get 50 DISboard families so there might be extras left over too).

Many cruises have multiple meets. So if you would like to plan one for Castaway Cay or the Sea Day please feel free.

Also just checked our online reservation and our stateroom has been assigned....8654 it's Aft near the elevators. I couldn't find any reviews for the specific room but others near it have pretty good reviews.

I was doing some looking around and most people get their travel docs 14-20 days before the cruise. We should all be getting them soon.

This is a quote from another site: The last piece in the process is getting your cruise documents. Disney Cruise Line delivers your cruise documents via UPS and they usually arrive 10  14 days prior to arrival.

Soooooo....I guess it varies a bit.
