Hey! We are going to be going on that cruise too. It will be our first cruise but we visit Disney World at least once a year.

Okay, It looks like 3:00 on Sunday the 13th is the best time to have an informal Meet.

It has been suggested that we plan to gather in the Promenade Lounge on Deck 3, or that there is an area on Deck 4 between the theater and shops where we could meet.

Anyone have a preference?

I'm good with whatever, just point me in the right direction and I'll be there!

I need to read back but I was thinking today that I think all of us are first timers, at least to DCL. Am I remembering wrong? Has anyone here cruised with Disney before? Or cruised at all?

I have cruised on the Wonder once before, back in 2003. DH was DBF (Disney Boyfriend) back then and we went with my parents. Now we are married and although I still love to vacation with mom and dad they won't be joining us (or paying!) this time.
I still don't have my cruise docs!

I was so excited to see the package by my
front door! I agree with everyone else that
what's inside isn't much to write home about
but they are HERE and it makes it feel more
REAL.

I am very excited to meet you all on the ship.
This is our first Disney Cruise and besides me,
our families first cruise ever.

This weekend will be serious inventory of all
of our clothes and lists of what we need (as
opposed to all those "ooh, this will be nice for
the cruise" purchases I have made so far.

Well, we're happy to say we picked up our docs yesterday!! We had them sent to the travel agent just in case our son was around when they arrived -- good thing too as this is spring break week so he's been around the house a lot more. Won't be long now

The other stroke of luck we had in keeping this a surprise was over his pirate costume. As it turns out, they're doing the play Treasure Island at school and he came home last week announcing he needs a pirate costume. Sadly, they're performing the play for three nights while we're away so all of his rehearsals are in vain, but I somehow don't think he'll mind too much. He'll be visiting a real Treasure Island on his actual birthday (Apr 15)

Cruising with me will be me DM 28 and my DS 7 and then my DM ?? (I don't think she wants me to post her age)! I got my documents Saturday and my son is getting really excited now!! He just kept looking at them over and over again.....ya'll are right they are nothing great but they are still so exciting!!

Got mine today, finally--I was feeling left out, after seeing them I don't know why! Anyway it just keeps getting closer, and now that I shopped this weekend I have to check over my clothing one more time!

My second set of Disney luggage just arrived so time to start officially filling it!

Okay not that i like to do things last minute or anything but we have changed our plans

We are going on the cruise and still staying at the Swan after but instead of doing Disney we are going to go to UNIVERSAL.

We have always taken our time in WDW and rushed thru US/IOA so this time we are saving a bunch of money and trying Universal

we may or may not hit epcot on Sun after the cruise depends on how much fun we are having at US.

now what else can I change with less than 3 weeks to go
