I am a very positive person, so all this depressing stuff needs to end right now! LOL.
I will check with my son to see if he wants to im - he is not big into that yet, so I am not sure I want to get him started! LOL

CNB, when we went on our cruise 5 years ago my kids were 16/18 they both thought they would be bored and would stay in the room. However, by the time they had lunch they were hooked and had a fantastic time. Actually we had none of those sullen looks and acts. It was wonderful for all of us! I am sure all the teenagers will have a magical time.

Hi Everyone,
I have 2 girls 14 years old - would be interested in meeting other kids prior to the cruise. They are so excited. So is my DD 10 and DS 7. DS7's teacher states that is all he talks about. He takes the cruise info in for show-n-tell. My DD 10 has been corresponding with Kat's DD Gabi. I wish I could meet you in March as we are only a couple hours away also but March is very busy for us - along with April this year. I am taking the girls to see the Jonas Brothers in NH in March then I am chaperoning a trip to Europe over Easter for a week so my weekends are booked and I work FT. I will not be able to take any time during the week off as my work just advised the beginning of the year - must take two weeks at a time off. I only have 2 weeks vacation and they are both booked -3 weeks apart but still not 2 weeks together. Now I have to add 5 days personal time to my April Cruise. That leaves me with 4 days left for the rest of the year - that stinks big time. My vacations were booked last May and July I think and I asked them to reconsider this year for me. Please keep your fingers crossed for me. If not I will have alot of time off in the first quarter. They are being a pain about it big time. When they had the meeting to advise us they stated they would make exceptions. I think this is a good exception. Now next year I know to plan two weeks together. I will do that during the summer next year.

In order to post pictures, you need to upload them to a site that will host them for you. One of the easiest ones is photobucket.com. Create a login and you then upload the pics there. Use the BROWSE button to find the pictures on your computer and then hit upload. Once they are there, the site will automatically create the web address associated with that photo. There are different types of codes for different things ... there are html codes for html webpages (not the disboards) ... then there are image codes (the last code at the bottom usually)and that is the one you need.

Here is the box that you will see when your photo is uploaded ...

Click on the IMG Code (again, usually the bottom one) and it automatically is copied and you simply take that code and insert it right into your message ... so then (i am going to take a screenshot of this page) your message will look like this (I highlighted what the code should look like):

So ... then you are done ... you should obviously preview message first to make sure it works but it should definitely work.

Sounds detailed but it really isn't. So lets see some pictures now!!!

We have a puppy that also HATES the rain and snow.

Here are some pics of him ... his name is Bosco and he's a chihuahua / toy fox terrier mix and he is almost 7 months old. He is soooo stubborn about bad weather! He'll "hold it" for hours! uh, or poop on the floor.

Here he is when we caught him stealing one of gabi's prized webkinz ... at least he managed to pick a dog out of the 23 that she has ... he would have looked a little silly dragging a clydesdale down the hallway!

He has a lot of cute sweaters that he loves to wear, lol

He loves to sleep all swaddled up in his blankie ... that thing can put him to sleep any time we want it to. We call it his tranqui-blankie. LOL

Oh and another great thing about photobucket is that you can create a slideshow of pictures, like this (his baby pictures, lol) and use the code the exact same way - only difference is that it LOOKS like a picture, but when you click on it, it opens photobucket and you can view the slideshow:



and lastly, while I am on the subject ... if your camera does video clips, you can also upload them and share them ... it's really an awesome website that gives you so many different options. Here is what the movie clips look like and same thing, just click on it for the movie to be opened up in the photobucket website and viewed:

Mother of sons: you are too funny! Anything to annoy those teens! Actually, I do not expect any issues with my 14yoDS, it's the 16yoDD that's complaining. Tell Drew that Scott will be on the boat and yes, he knows the i-pod, guitar hero, video games, gameboys, whatever. He also likes to hang out by the pool, too. DD on the other hand, in the past has done nothing but complain whenever we go to our time-share (nothing to do, i'm not joining camps, excursions, whatever), yet somehow she always ends up at the teen center, makes a bunch of friends and we never see her the rest of the week. Last summer she actually ran into a couple of people she knew from school. I think teenagers' mission in life is to make us miserable. After all, what do we know?

Cindy, just wait, it gets better! LOL! And you get to go through this 2 more times!

Less than 2 months now--I'm starting to make lists of everything to bring. This should be interesting trying to get out and not forget anything. Both DDs are cheerleaders and are competing in Universal the weekend before the cruise. So we are flying to MCO on 4/3. Oldest DD is flying home on 4/7 with her teammates. Youngest DD and I are staying in Orlando. (It's cheaper to do that than fly back and forth 2x--Oldest one can't miss 6 days of school). DH, DD, and DS are flying down 4/11 and we will meet them at the airport, rent a car, stay overnight at either the airport or the Radisson at the Port, and get on the ship Saturday. God forbid DH and DS pack w/o me, so I have to make sure they have what they need before I leave. Men!
