Approximate Time: landing MCO to resort check-in

We are scheduled to land at 9:30 am on a Thursday morning. We will need to retrieve our luggage, get our rental car from Alamo, and drive to Port Orleans. What is the average time this could take? (I know there are things like delayed flights, lines at the rental car place, luggage issues, etc...I'm just curious at what is a reasonable expectation from landing to resort check in. Thanks!

We usually make it to the resort (also rent a car) about an hour from the time we leave the plane.

If all goes well, you can do it in about 1 hour.

can you post the procedure for joining Alamo Q Silver?

someone said you had to be corporate and have at least 5 rentals under your "belt" before they would issue the QS membership

I would allow at least an hour and a half. It takes about half an hour to reach the resort from the airport. But you will have to wait for luggage and rent the car. It also may take you awhile to get off the plane.

We started using the Emerald Aisle from National and doing only carry-ons. We were able to make it from doors open on plane to check in at resort in 40 minutes. But that is pushing it.
