approximate mnsshp times?

hi all,

we're trying to plan a trip across the states in oct/nov of 2012 incorporating a cruise, and wanted to see if anyone could help me out with an approximate time period that mickey's not so scary halloween party is held each year?

i know it's impossible to get exact dates until closer to the time, but we want to know if they hold the parties on weekends only, and whether the parties are ever held the weekend before halloween?? if it's only held on halloween night, we might run into a few issues!

At Disneyland it's called Mickey's Halloween Party (or MHP, for short).

The party generally occurs on 2 nights every week in October - one of which is always a Friday - and the other night each week will probably be Tuesday (but it could be Monday, instead, which is what happened this year for two of the party nights).

Halloween is going to be on a Wednesday in 2012, and there will be a party on that night too.

This year the MHP began on Friday, 9/30. In 2012, I am guessing that the MHP will either begin on Friday, 9/28 or on Friday, 10/5.

The Friday night parties tend to start at 7:00 p.m., while the earlier weeknight parties (whether they be Tuesdays or other nights) start at 6 p.m.

this helps heaps, as we're trying to plan a 7 night western carribean cruise on the fantasy from carnaveral to coincide with a trip that starts in DLR and includes a halloween party at DLR.

this will help us figure out dates where we can fly in from australia, do a stay at disneyland and then head out to florida for the cruise
