Approx. going rate of SSR resale ?

Doug, have you bought 100 pt contracts for $60 pp? I saw that missyrose bought a 100 pt boardwalk contract, loaded, in january for $50 pp. Really unheard of, I think.

Just a quick correction, my BWV contract is 150 points.

But I agree with Doug, the 100-point contracts don't tend to get the same premium prices as the contracts with fewer than 100, especially when talking about SSR.

All this talk makes me sick that I paid $83 pp at SSR. That was five years ago - RIGHT BEFORE the bottom fell out of the real estate market.

ooph, yep, my bad. I just looked again and it does say that. Not sure how I registered 100 in my brain. I guess that makes more sense, then, for it to go at $50, but still it's a great deal for boardwalk.

Thanks Allie! I was shocked when I was able to snag the fully loaded contract for that price. Hope I can find a similar deal for BLT (yes, add-onitis has struck already )
