I can't believe there's no thread for Apprentice! I really like Bill and Kwame so it didn't really matter to me who won. What amazed me is that Omorosa was not a ringer sent in by Donald Trump! She was really that awful!!!
Bill looked so thrilled and its great he'll get to work in his own home town of Chicago.

I'm so happy to see Bill as the winner of the show. I think he and Kwame had it right when they toasted each other before the end - they are both winners and will go far!

Did you see the teasers for the next one. Looks like Troy, Sam and Omarosa could be back!

Can you imagine the office chaos that would insue at any place that would hire Omorosa?!?!?! Yikes! I'd hate to be in the meeting that introduced the company's newest "team" player!

Sadly, I'm sure that she will receive tons of offers specifically because of who (or what) she is.

Yep, she lost it for Kwame.

Congrats, Bill ..... and please use your seat belt in that new sports car!

Watching Kwame's team was like watching a train wreck. After he announced it a "success", I turned to DH and asked if we could get some of whatever Kwame was smoking :teeth:

But absolutely, the moment that took the cake was Sam with that suitcase full of cash! I think that pretty much sealed his place in the next Apprentice, although I would looooooooove to see Troy again.

I also thought it was so cool how the boardroom opened to the stage. I knew it was a live broadcast, but I didn't see that coming at all.

I clapped when Bill took that seat next to Trump on the other side of the table. He was just so thrilled and you could tell the team was really happy for him.

Omorosa - what can you say? That woman is truly unbelievable.

She's a political advisor!?!?! DEATH to THAT politician. I'd say she's DONE in THAT field!

LOL, I totally agree!!!

I thought it was a fabulous ending to the show! I too wanted them BOTH to win but, since a Chicagoan won, it's all the sweeter. ;) (Thank goodness he took the Chicago job, too!) :sunny: I'd work for him! :smooth:

Does anyone know where he's from? I think he may be related to a brother-in-law but, probably not....I'd have heard by now, I think, if he was. I'd like to see him back also, even if he's not related somehow. ;)

Actually, I think that Omarosa worked in the PERSONNEL office of the Clinton White House.

Big Whoop.

For her to say she "worked for the President of the United States" like she did on the Premier is kinda' like me saying "I work for the President of the United States" while I was in the Navy.

Come to think of it, I worked for THREE Presidents while I was in the Navy, so right back at ya!!! :D

From the NBC website:

Born in Anchorage Alaska, Troy spent the majority of his childhood split between both Alaska and Montana. He was not able to pursue any higher education because he took on the responsibility of supporting his mother and sister at a very young age. Troy ran a health club in Spokane, WA for a couple of years, before he decided to enter the field of investing. He is currently building an insurance business and working as a mortgage lender. He is also involved in real estate development and owns 7 properties.

What is your definition of "success"?
For me this would be hard to define. I am always wanting more after I achieve what I thought was enough. I guess my definition would be when I have reached a point in my life that I could return to my wife and family all the great things they have given to me, and given up for me. I would happily work for a lifetime to try to give back what they have given me. Love, respect, and pride in myself. They showed me, degree or no degree that I can still achieve whatever I set my mind to achieve. In my mind, when I give them back that same feeling, I have become successful.

Who do you admire most (personally and/or professionally)?
Personally, I admire my Grandpa. He served his country with honor and pride and asked for nothing in return. He came back from the war to raise all the hero's in my life, my mom and my uncles. He did this on his own, without a wife, as she was killed in a tragic car accident. He raised my mom and her siblings to live off the land and be proud of who they are and who they would become. He taught them about respect and honor and how to be tough yet warmhearted. I admire him for his grit and integrity. My grandpa is the "Donald Trump" of the common people. he's a true "billionaire" in life and even more, in my heart.

As for professionally, I admire Donald Trump of course. Ever since I was a kid I fought to be like Donald Trump. Everybody said "no way" I didn't have the smarts or I didn't have the "pedigree". They said it takes money to make money and I didn't have enough money to make half his money. Well my mom said differently. She said if you want bad enough, "go for it" and she would support my decision. She said, "it only takes hard work". So, my senior year I put my plan into action. I said in my senior quote "Trump, I'm coming." Since then, I have worked my tail off to get as close as I could to the man I admire. Trump was more or less a goal to achieve. I thought to myself if I aim as high as Trump and I get at least half way, well hell, I'm ten times better off from where I started. Trump has what I admire most, and what other people admire about me, grit and instincts. With these two things plus the qualities I see in my grandpa I know I can become just like the men admire most. A billionaire in life and in the bank!

I picked Bill from the start! :) Up against Amy, well I was close ;)
Kwame's team sucked!! He should have never let Omarosa do another thing after her first *mishap*. Even if he didn't know whether or not he could fire her WHY would he put her in charge of such an important task??
He never even checked on what the others were doing. As a boss you *always* check on your staff.
I wonder if those were promos when they showed the three current Apprentice stars or just random picks saying they may be back. Trump is an idiot if he lets Omarosa back! She doesn't deserve anything.
Can't wait for the next one!

I really didn't care for Bill at first, and was rooting for Troy, and then I thought Kwame would get it. In the final weeks, though, I thought Bill really started to shine. Two weeks ago, I thought Kwame would win it - he's very polished, but last week I saw a better side to Bill, and tonight I thought he outperformed, so, I'm glad he won.

I would have liked both of them to win, and then Kwame could hire Troy. Then I'd really be happy. :sunny:

That clinches it! He's related, to my in-laws anyway! :sunny: Thanks for the info!

I thought for sure that Donald would give the other property that Bill rejected to Kwame to run. Or at least have Kwame be Bill's vice President. Never happened though. Omarosa--Yikes.

I can't believe I fell asleep with less than 1/2hr left to the show. What did Donald say about Kwame and his performance? Unfortunately, Kwame's team was awful and he didn't check on what they were doing. Bill might have over checked with his team but at least he was checking.

I'm glad I'm not the nly who thought this! I blame Omarosa for what happened. Even if Bill was gonna win no matter what, Kwame's task would have went alot smoother if it wasnt for Omarosa's *ahem* actions

I don't think Kwame has any worries about his future. He may not have won the game, but he will go far in business. Trump even said that many of them had very, very good job offers.

I think Kwame may be like Clay in American Idol - not the winner of the show - but still making it big.

Best of luck to him and Bill.

I could not get over Sam, but he knew it was something Trump would eat up and would give him (Sam) a few extra minutes of fame.

Omarosa - can't stand her! I really hope she doesn't get anymore publicity from this show, she does NOT deserve it. Anyone that would hire her after this must be nuts. (it worried me when she commented how Trump hired her, fired her, hired her, fired her, hired her back). Does that mean she's definately on board for A2?

Amy - every one say how much Trump liked her and we were all surprised when she was fired. Comes to no surprise to me that she confirmed in an interview that Mr. Trump has offered her a position in the company

What I'd really like to see next year is an update show on what everyone is doing now. They started to cover things a little last night.

Kwamee - I have to wonder if he would have won if he had taken on the position of firing Omarosa. I think that would have proven he had what it took.

Did she say that last night? I must've missed it.

I think Bill should offer Kwame a job in Chicago.

Bill had the option of the skyscraper in Chicago or some multi-billion dollar golf course/residential community in LA.

Although I really liked Kwame (a fellow UNC grad), I do think that Bill deserved the title. I felt he had out performed Kwame throughout most of the series. Even the Atlantic City win that Kwame had as project manager, it was due to Bill focusing on the VIPs while Kwame brought in the tigers and caused folks to actually stop gambling. It was a shame, though that Omarosa basically sank any chance he had last night. Too bad he didn't manage her better. I'm sure he will do well in his future though. They both seem like such nice guys, don't they?

I had not heard this either. Is that really true??

Meanwhile, I just saw on the PEOPLE Magazine cover that Bill is dating Jen Schefft from the Bachelor (with Andrew Firestone). What an adorable couple!
