Applying for Cultural Representative

I read a thread a couple of hours ago but my internet is playing up and I can't seem to find it. In this thread it said that applications will start June, however I'm not eighteen until July, can I still apply?

It all depends on where you live. Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc. relies in many instances on third-party companies to facilitate recruitment efforts for the Cultural Representative program abroad. As such, they generally handle the processing of applications, and would be best able to answer your questions.
