Applying for a Visa!

i agree entirely, in fact it was my sister in law and she has fallen foul of the system due to an offence of fraud, i personally would not have applied for a visa and risked it with a visa waiver form, i am not sure entirely what info the immigration have access to on their screen at the airport anyway

they only have had acces to high level crime and terorest tipe stuf.a drink drive offence wouldend be on there screen. As for the SIL with a conviction for theft the embercy would say no then she would be in the usa system so would always be refused after that.plus a conviction is for life and not canceled out after time think 10 years over here.so something done as a youngster might be held against you when a pensioner

My sister's boyfriend was refused a visa because he has a conviction for theft. He was told that it was because it occurred in the last 5 years and he could reappy after that. They lost loads of money. I would go for the Visa waiver scheme.
