Applying discounts after booking and paying

What are the rules about applying discounts after you book and pay? I booked through WDTC and I believe I paid full price but now I see that there is a new discount being offered that covers my booking period and date of stay. I have already paid my balance in full. Is it too late to ask for the discounted rate or will they refund the difference?

Call the CRO with the code. They will apply it.

We had reservations through CRO last year with the AAA rate when a great code came out.
I called them and had no problem applying the code. Saved a lot of money.
From what I have read on these boards, if you have already paid in full and then apply a discount code they will put a credit for the amount on your room. You can use the credit for dining, souvenirs, etc.
Give them a call and hopefully it will work as easily for you.
