Applying CAA discount

Hello so I have already booked a package through disney and would like to apply a CAA discount to it and on the online chat I was told two times that I can't do that through disney I would have to books whole package through CAA
Is this true?

That's true. AAA/CAA vacation packages must be booked through AAA/CAA.

AAA/CAA room-only discounts can be booked directly with Disney or through any travel agent.
