Applebees WW menu ?

the grilled chicken entree -- not a sandwich --was good.

i didn't care for the sandwich, really small and not filling

I thought the entrees were less than impressive. The only thing that was really good that I tried was the onion soup. That was yummy. I like TGI Fridays much better.

I'll second the onion soup, it is so good I am often tempted to order two!

I enjoy the shrimp skewers and usually order them with the onion soup for a total of 8 points. I have had the chicken sandwich, I agree with Molli, it isn't the greatest. I actually found it to be rather dry.

I found the shrimp relative mediocre, but what was worse is that the portion sizes were just too small. I think they've made too many compromises to taste (probably for fear of folks sending bland food back, or because doing what we need to do at home to make our food satisfying is just too time-consuming and persnickety to do in a restaurant), and as a result their food is a bit higher in calories, so they have to adjust to that by reducing the portion sizes too much.

Does anyone know how much protein each entree has (along with calories). That's the best measure of food nutrition quality IMHO.

I agree. I went back to work hungry and went to the cafeteria for a salad. Haven't tried the onion soup though. Maybe I'll give it a shot.

I like the tilapia entree. I had the new steak entree a couple of weeks ago. It was okay. I'm not much of a steak eater so I could take it or leave it. I too love the onion soup.
