apple strollers - any recent rental reviews?

Has anyone rented a double CM from apple lately? Everything still going smoothly? And this is silly, but what colors are their doubles these days? If you've rented a rain cover from them, has it worked well?

I rented in May so not recent but color wise I saw all colors. We had 2 doubles and they both were orange. While at the park though and on my last trip in Sept I saw the other colors too for them.

There was a recent review and the girl said it went fine. She didn't get the rain cover so they used a poncho to cover the stroller while on rides.

We rented about 2 weeks ago and got a red one. We rented a rain cover but never took it out of the bag.

I have rented a single one and a rain cover for our upcoming trip. I would love to see a pic of what the rain cover looks like. I bought a parent tray from amazon for $8

We rented a double 9/18-9/24. Great , no problems. It was at our hotel when we arrived and very clean.

Thank you to everyone for the information about Apple. We just rented a double for our upcoming December trip with the rain cover ($5 extra) and only paid $53! That is at least $30-$40 less than the other companies we were looking at. Thanks for the reviews so I felt comfortable using them!

I just returned last weekend. We used Apple. We got a single stroller and it was black. We rented the rain cover, but they forgot to deliver it. Our forecase (which held true) had no rain predicted, so we just cancelled it and they refunded the money. Otherwise, it all went very well!
