Hi there, is anyone have used the service from this company? My daughter is 4 years old, she'll turn 5 this October at DW :). She normally didn't use a stroller, but after reading bout how big DW is I'm thinking to rent a stroller for her. This Apple company sounds too good to be true because of the price that above 3days rental is free. We'll be at DW for 10 nights, and wants to rent stroller for the duration of our stay. I didn't know the quote for our rental yet cos I have to put my credit card no for the reservation, and I'm not comfortable for that. Do you reckon it's a safe rental company.. Please give me your experience with them.. Thank you very much.

I have used them twice and will be using them again in two weeks. My stroller was on time and clean.

My DS was 4 when we took him last year. He never used a stroller at home, but I decided to get one for our trip. I was so happy I did. His little legs just couldn't keep up with all of the walking! I did a lot of research and Apple was on the list of companies I was considering. I didn't hear anything bad about them, but I was skeptical like you. I ended up using Orlando Stroller Rental and had a great experience FWIW.

We used Apple for the last Time in August. We will never use them again. I don't care how cheap the rental is. I believe it was our third time using them. We rent a double for our twins. They were 4 in August and we didn't plan to use it much. This stroller was just plain gross and parts were broken. It was beyond awful. I complained and had them swap it out for another. It was better but still not what I consider acceptable. We go next month and we are renting from Kingdom. There is no way I am chancing another disgusting stiller again.

If you search this forum you will find complaints about Apple. the thread I wrote about our experience in August should come up as well. I seriously would not chance it.

Just returned from Disney and we rented a double city mini from APPLE and I have no real complaints. It only cost $55 and that included the insurance. I went online the day before I needed it and ordered it as well.(I personally wouldn't recommend waiting this long to rent one though) I accidentally typed in wrong date and went back and changed it and then I called the 1-800 number to check if they had my reservations, and they told me they had my it. Anyways, I requested it to be available for check-in at 3p (last Saturday 4/11) and returned it to concierge for 7a on this past Friday (4/17)morning.
I thought $55 was a great price for a double city mini for nearly a week. There was one spot near some metal (where it folded) that was slightly torn but I assumed this was because of the repeated cleaning/folding. The basket on the bottom had a few tears but nothing would fall out. None of this wear of the stroller mattered. I don't expect it to be in mint condition, as it is being used. I saw strollers from other companies, that appeared similar. It rolled wonderfully and was easy to push, etc. I wish I had bought a cup holder for it, which is my only complaint but no biggie. I know some of the other companies give a cooler &/or provide a rain cover. I've read some people get a shower curtain from the Dollar Store and will use that as a rain cover. When I priced the other companies it was going to cost me nearly double at $100 if I opted for the insurance and I thought the insurance was important. I did print out a copy of my confirmation when I placed my order online and even took a screen shot on my phone. I was worried my reservation would be lost, etc.
l would use them again. My kids 3 1/2 years old & 19 months old loved it and would try to climb into it in our room. My husband made a cute plastic sign & I used black ties to apply sign and we had a purple foam fan I ordered from Amazon. I hated to spend $100 on something I wasn't going to own, but I didn't mind the $55. We really don't go too many places to need a double stoller, or I can bring my single strollers if we are at home and don't have the vehicle packed full. We also brought a single stroller from home (we drove) and we brought the 3 year old by himself at night.

I reserved a stroller rental from Apple for our last trip, and then my mom ended up buying a stroller for us to take. I called and explained to them that I didn't need it after all, and offered to pay a cancellation fee if needed, and they wouldn't take any money from me. They are SUPER nice, and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them!

We rented from them on our last trip and while the price was good, the stroller was in poor condition. One of the seatbacks would not stay up and part of the handle was broken where you push and it was just plain worn out looking. I won't rent from them again. Looking at the condition of the other strollers from the other companies compared to Apple, I could tell why their rental was so much cheaper. I'm assuming they just don't replace strollers like they should. I'm using Orlando Stroller Rentals this time.

I am sure that this has already been said, but with our kids we used to buy a cheap stroller before we left home (Walmart has disney strollers for $20) and then passed them on to another gust at the end of our stay. We will be doing them same again this year with our first Grand kid (and yes, that does make me feel very old)

Any more reviews from this summer? Thinking about renting from them in September.

we rented last December, the first stroller was broken and very unsafe. I met them to swap it out and they gave me one that literally just got returned so not cleaned at all. That stroller was broken too, but at least in a safer way. I'll be spending a little more this time and going with soneone else.

I have heard nothing good about people using Apple lately. Friends in a Facebook Disney group saying their stroller are in bad shape and falling apart. I rented from them anyway to save money I booked online, got a confirmation code, set up delivery and gave my credit card number. I called them hours before we left home for Disney to confirm the stroller would be there and he said no, that they overbooked and they would NOT have a stroller for me. If I had not called they would NOT have notified me... I would have been high and dry. I want to get the word out on HORRIBLE they are as a company. To me that is just ridiculous and he didn't care or even say sorry. Just think twice before you rent from them.
Let's Go stroller is coming through for me last minute and their customer service has been EXCELLENT. Highly recommend let's Go!
