Apple Slicers

Thanks everyone! It's been a few years since we have been to WDW so I didn't know the prepackaged ones were available. We were at DL last summer and all I remember seeing was the whole fruit on the snack carts. The things we do for our kids... even when they are teenagers like mine! LOL

I was wondering where you were planning on buying fresh/plain apples till I read this. Sadly, you won't find those at WDW.

I think the grab and go section of The Mara (quick service restaurant at Animal Kingdom Lodge's Jambo House) had those small packages of pre-sliced apples, but I can't swear on a Bible. OP, where are you staying? If you tell us the hotel, somebody might know if the hotel's gift shop has them.
Pretty sure every QS location on property has them. They are part of their kids meals now.

I had sliced apples last fall, once in a pack with grapes, and once with a cup of caramel. I don't remember if they had just the sliced apples by themselves.

OP, I am looking at the DVC grocery order form for the Villas at Wilderness Lodge. If something is on the list, it should be sold in the gift shop. It lists green apples and red apples at $1.49 each. It does not list the packages of sliced apples, but that doesn't necessarily mean the gift shop won't carry them.

AngiTN, not sure what you mean when you say that you can't buy fresh/plain apples at WDW. Maybe I'm misunderstanding you. You can buy apples at Harambe Fruit Market at Animal Kingdom Park, at Annaheim Produce at Disney's Hollywood Studios, at the Liberty Square Market in the Magic Kingdom, and at the treat carts at Epcot.

I want clear. Meant they are not prevalent as in DL

Just to note - if something is available at a counter service place as part of a meal (like with kids' meals), you can buy part of it. So, you can buy the pre sliced apples packages if they are part of a kids' meal. Just do that at the counter service place and you'll be fine. I know I have bought the kids meal for my lunch and carried the apple slices around in my bag for a snack later but you can just buy the package and not a meal.
