Apple or Scooterbug?

Cost wise both are similar and I've rented from Apple before with no major issues except both times the headlight didn't work very well. It was a struggle to get it to work by trying to click on the switch numerous times to get it to actually turn on. I've never rented from Scooterbug so wanted opinions on people that have used them in the last year or so.

I used Scooterbug in July. The ECV was at my resort when I arrived and fully charged. The vehicle had minor wear and tear, but worked fine the whole time. I had no battery problems. For my 16-day stay, they had the best pricing and the rear basket was only $21 for the entire rental. It came in really handy!

ETA: this was my first time renting an ECV, so I have no experience with other companies.
