Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp horseradish OR 1/2 tsp garlic powder

mix all ingredients in a small cassarole dish- bake at 350 for 30 mins til hot and bubbly. Serve with wheat crackers, Triscuits, or crustini. Yummy!

Sweet 'n Hot Weenies

1 pkg Lil Smokies (cocktail size smoked sausage)
1 small jar grape jelly
1 jar chili sauce (I like Heinz best)

dump all three ingredients in a crock pot on Low. heat til hot, then serve with toothpicks.

Saucy Meatballs

1 pkg precooked meatballs, prepared according to pkg directions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz tub of sour cream
1/4 cup white wine
dash Worchestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In small saucepan, mix together the soup and sour cream til hot. Stir in the wine and Worchestire sauce. Add salt and pepper.

Place meatballs in shallow dish- pour sauce over meatballs. Serve with toothpicks.

[In a hurry]

Soften some cream cheese, add a small pinch of milk, and chopped crystalized ginger. Serve with club crackers.

Warm some brie, add some blueberry jam, and use those big white round crackers! Can't remember the name!

Jalapeno wraps

jalapenos
bacon
cream cheese and/or cheddar cheese
cajun seasoning

1. Cut your jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove all the seeds and insides.
2. Stuff each half with your choice of cream cheese or cheddar cheese. (I always do some of each. I like cream, dh likes cheddar.)
3. Cut bacon strips in half. Wrap each jalapeno half with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
4. Sprinkle with cajun seasoning.
5. Grill or bake in oven till bacon is done.

So Yummy! I'm making some on thrusday. Everyone loves them.
