Appetizer Buffet at the District on Dream?

Sorry for all the posts but I'm just now reviewing all my notes that I took last year when we went on our first DCL. I had noted that the District Club offers an Appetizer Buffet. Is this correct? If so, are all the appetizers free at the District (just like the Adult Pool bar had free desserts and savory snacks)? What time is the appetizer buffet open at the District? Last year I didn't get to check out any of the adult areas since it was only me and my DD.

As far as I know it's a late night snack buffet. And only lasts about an hour. At least it was on our cruise. The buffet was located in the District just aft of 687 pub.

Do you know what time the late night snack buffet opens at the District? And if it's free? I will totally tell my hubby to run down there and grab a bunch of appetizers to bring back to our room

When we were on the Dream, a couple of years ago, it was around 10:00 pm.

As far as I know there's always some sort of snack (sweet or savory) in Cove Cafe.

I checked a couple of past Navigators and the Late Night Snacks were available in the District from 10:45-11:30 every night.

Hot dogs, wings, veggies & dip. Chips and salsa. Sometimes little wrap sandwiches.
