Do the wait times on the app only show up when you are at the parks? I am at home, trying to will the next five days to speed by, and the app only shows me the wait times on a few attractions. The rest are just stars. I thought I remembered seeing them all filled in at some point previously. Am I remembering incorrectly? Something I need to do?

I can see the wait times for multiple attractions in the Disneyland app. You might need to restart the app and/or your phone. Sometimes that helps clear out any glitches..

Another thing that just occurred to me: it doesn't show wait times because you were looking before the park opened!

That worked. I closed it out and reopened it and I can see the waits now. And I'm liking what I see if it is similar this time next week! :)

It is raining here today, so keep that in mind. Weather should be sunny and hot next week though...

Also, remember that next Monday is Columbus Day. Most schools are still in session, but some folks do have it off (mostly government).

At this point, I would probably go with the official Disneyland App. It's seems pretty reliable and seems to be updated on a fairly regular basis (although, I haven't figured out how to force a refresh of the information on it). Other commonly mentioned wait times apps are Disneyland Waits and Mousewait Disneyland. Both have their pros and cons and neither is markedly better than the other because both rely on guests in the park to keep the wait times up-to-date.

We don't arrive until Monday afternoon. Our Monday plan is to ride the monorail from DTD to Tomorrowland, ride the railroad all the way around and on to Main St, then over to Cars Land for neon lighting and dinner at Flo's. Low-key arrival day, just taking in the atmosphere. We'll be up and at it for EMH Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with MHP on Friday!
