App shows tickets I didn't know I had

When I look at the My Disney Experience app (iPhone) and go to My Profile and then Tickets and Passes I can see the 10 day no expiration tickets that I know I have for myself and family members. However...for ALL of us I also see something labeled "2 day Magic Your Way Base Ticket." So in other words it's like I have two tickets.

I don't remember having any unused tickets - for example with a package that we had in the past but didn't use.

When I look on the My Disney Experience tab on the Disney website I do not see these 2 day base tickets.

Any ideas on this? Are these real tickets that I have?

Thanks!

Did you book a package recently? I think there was a promotion for a "free" day with so many days purchased?

No I haven't booked a package in awhile I think... as we've been using these 10 day no expire tickets for the past 3 years at least. We typically go down for a conference in the summer and are only in the parks a couple of days.

What you can do is reassign them to new people in your MDE and check if you can book FPs with them. If you are able to do so, then they are valid tickets.

Because they aren't showing up on the website, they may just be phantom tickets. But you can check for validity by reassigning and booking practice FPs. Then cancel the FPs.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by reassigning them to "new" people in my MDE.

After I had them put my old tickets on MDE all kinds of weird tickets showed up. One was even someone else name. The disappeared after a month or so.

I have the same thing showing in my account! I was going to ask too. But in my case, it's only me that had an extra set of tickets and not the others travelling with me. So strange.

Just add some new names to your MDE and reassign the tickets over to them. If they are able to be reassigned, then book FPs. That's how you can assess whether or not they are valid tickets.
